BSES Rajdhani Power Limited — regarding excess bill amount

It has seen from the above mentioned bill that the current unit consumption is shown as 242 unit (06-0817 to[protected] whereas the earlier was 80-85 units in the previous bill.

Thus the difference in unit consumption works out to huge units which are on higher side.

It is further submitted that the this problem is facing since the new meter installed in the building after a short circuit fire broke out. I am living alone with the office timing of 11 am to 9 pm.in spite of this, the unit consumption has been on higher side and needs reconciliation.

As such, it is presumed that the meter installed is having functional problem and may be the cause of excess reading which require immediate rectification and installation of fresh meter.

In view of the above, it is requested to depute your technical expert to carry out thorough check of meter immediately to avoid further accumulation o[censored]nit consumption.

I requested (BSES Rajdhani) to check my Bill which came up of 2 months (INR 10, 570) just for my single floor. In which 2 Fans along with light and One AC and water motor runs. How can be it possible that just for using these instruments, bill came up of INR 10570). Even last month, the bill delivery person didn't came to provide the bill. I requested you to came again or check the meter along with bill.It is difficult to believe that on using such instrument that amount of bill is generated. As we all are aware that rain is falling in Delhi on alternative days basis, in such weather mostly peoples are not using AC along me. we are just using fan and light and sometimes cooler. On previous months back the bill which came are satisfying but now these days the bill is not appropriate, I kindly request you to check it again and correct the bill amount. Providing the bill in attachment. Please check the previous months back Bills, will help you to understand my query

Hello,

I would like to report that the latest bill which I got for my electricity consumption is not correct. Because it's impossible to have those many units consumed for a single floor. Moreover we do not use any heavy load compliance. I also raised a dispute on BSES official website however no response received.
Request you to please help me with this.

My CA no is[protected], Bindapur DDA Flat, they didn't took meter reading since last four months due to covid from april. I have submitted self reading on 26 july .we consumed 2100 units from 23rd march to 26 july.. Now they send me bill of 18000 rs..how ...kya ek month ki 2100 unit laga diya aur penalty laga kar bill de diya..well done bses and idea..it should calculate for four months not for one month
Hello sir,

My CA NO[protected] and address 925/19 I Block Hari Nagar ext New Delhi 110044 is facing issue with the bill of month August as it come up to be Approx RS 4800 i.e 1500 units but the average bill from the past 2 years never came up above 200 units.Its impossible that I have consumed 1500 unit as I don't even have heavy equipment to use like AC, Motors, Press etc. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap
