Burger King — Burger KIng IPO 250 Shares not credited in DEMAT account

I got confirmation through HDFC Securities on 4.12.20 that 250 shares has been allotted . Checked with HDFC Securities but got mail from HDFC Securities on 18.08.21 that shares are not credited in my DMAT account,
