Burger King — incorrect takeaway order

I visited your bk for take away lunch of crispy veg meal
i SPECIFICALLY told your host Sangeeta(name as per invoice) not to put onion lettuce on my burger plus I also told that in restaurant language "plain crispy veg".I came home and found out it's with lettuce and onion.
I hate it but no option to throw in garbage.now ive noted following aspects this mistake has happened.
1- after taking my order she chatting with male co worker who gave me this order as eat in.she told him it's take away.classic no attention towards customers nowadays.
2-its not like she had line of customers before me so she might've forgot about plain burger request.i was only customer at her counter at the time.so there's should be no room for your reply "sir, she had lot of customers so she might forgot.its an honest mistake"
It's was my very first visit to your restaurant and you let me down.
Now I want refund for my incorrect order and proper resolution to this issue.

When I ordered food from burger King through swiggy or burger King app they charges extra 30 ruppes for packaging charges. Although the packaging is same when I book online or buy from restaurant online has a sticker seal and offline one has doesn't . They are fooling many people charging extra 30 ruppe online
