I have booked 4 bus tickets for tomorrow 4:16 am from Karaikal to Puducherry on 12/01/2023 at 7:06. The total fare of 587 was debited but we still didn't receive the mail or any source for confirming our ticket. I have tried to contact the customer care through call but no response.

    Recently I made a payment amount of rs 308 in BusIndia using UPI for booking a bus ticket. Amount got debited from my account but was not reflected in their app or webpage and nothing is showing in their portal it's completely blank. Their customer service is not responding to any of my emails or calls. Later I checked their review in the google play store and many of the users facing the same problem. I feel they are doing a scam out of this.

        I booked ticket on busindia and did payment through billdesk by phonepe upi.Money debited from my account but ticket not booked.So do refund as soon as possible.i attached payment proof also, check and do refund.

              I paid 248 for booking bus tickets but I didn't recieved ticket on 23/01/2022 and i contacted customer service many times but I didn't recieved refund yet and it's been 2 weeks my payment details are below

                On November 1st, I booked a bus ticket from Pondicherry to Chennai on the Bus India site.
                I received mail noting that your funds had been credited to Bud India
                When I called Bus India customer service, they informed me that your ticket had been cancelled and that I should book another.
                Then I went to the ticket counter in Pondicherry and bought a ticket.
                The money has not been refunded as of yet.
                On the 10th, I called Bus India customer service to inquire about a refund that had been issued at the time, and they responded that you had confirmed bus ticket on the 7th.
                What makes it possible? I didn't receive any ticket information from Bus India until the 10th.
                On the 10th afternoon, I received a message with the ticket information.
                To travel, I booked a ticket on the 7th, but customer service informed me that it had been cancelled.
                I now have the ticket information.
                How is this even possible? It is only possible to travel to a past time machine for that.
                Please take the necessary steps to refund my money.

                  I tried booking a ticket online from the osrtc site.. the amount got debited from the bank and i recieved the transaction details but no details for the booked ticket either in my mail or my no.
                  I have sent all details to the helpdesk of bus india but there is no reply from their side.

                        On 20th April'21 I had tried to book online ticket from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur for Dt. 21st April '21, during online process, Amount of Rs. 264/- deducted from account, but no message received from my registerd Mobile, , after confusing, I visited to Baramunda OSRTC Counter and purchased Ticket PNR NO[protected] on payment for Dt. 21/04/21 Trip Code-301022 departure from BBSR at 7.45 AM Seat No-3. On 21st April when waited to pickup the Bus, a Message from Bus India OSRCT, Service Code- 105003 at 7 AM is received through my registered Mobile again that, Bus No-OD02BA6088 STAFF NO- [protected], at 7.15 AM during the waiting OD022BA6088 passed, On confusion, I had asked the said conductor and shown the ticket and message he denied, After few minutes a call is came and Bus will reach at near Baramunda Overbridge at 7.45 AM, Because of no proper message in timely and I had bount to purchased the ticket. Therefore I request you kindly repay the Online payment ( SBIPG[protected]www.busindia.com Bangalore ) deducted from account without having any message till 21.4.21 7 AM

                              Through busindia.com, i had booked ticket to travel from pondicherry to chennai in prtc ac bus route no.105a, departure time : 14.00 on 19/01/2020. When i reached the bus stand in time, i was told that the bus had departed.
                              Upon enquiry in prtc though telephone, i was told that the bus departed at 13.40. But the departure time mentioned in the ticket is 14.00. Cancellation and refund was refused. I think customers are
                              Purposefully cheated into bookings and then travel doesnt happen. I want refund of my ticket rs.296/- from busindia.

                                  I booked a ticket from bangalore to madurai for diwali (25-oct-19) visit a month in advance, i. E. On 25-sep-19 online, with madurai radha travels (Through their website). There are 4 tickets for rs. 1260/- per ticket. (No.: mrt[protected] dated: 25-sep-19 12:13 am)

                                  On 22-oct-19 at around 17:57 pm i have received a message that the bus service was cancelled due to some unavoidable reasons and it states that refund amount was already initiated, but i have not received, yet.

                                  At the same time the cancelled bus service was scheduled to operate on that day (25-oct-19) on the same route with increased cost of rs. 1904/- and all the tickets were sold out with higher rate.

                                  So, from this what i understood was, my ticket was cancelled because i booked at lower rate a month in advance.

                                  As it was cancelled at the last moment of my planned journey to my home town, i am not able to get ticket from any other bus as either the cost of the ticket is more than rs. 2000/- or number of seats availability are very less.

                                  This forced me to either opt of self drive of my car or plan for other high cost journey or cancel my trip. Because of that my & all my family members interest and other planned activities were disturbed and we were forced to look for other alternate like getting additional leave from office, school and to get ticket for higher cost.

                                  I am not sure, to whom we can raise our complaint as we are not able to reach the bus operator.

                                  I feel it's totally unethical and just because of cost, they disturbed the planned visit of my family.

                                  Please look into this problem and help to get some update. Hope it shouldn't happen to any other passengers.

                                      I have made an online booking for seats 57w, 56a in prtc bus for 3/6/2019 5:25 am bus from pondicherry to chennai.

                                      But, when i paid through my paytm wallet, suddenly, the page not working error popped up and money was already debited from my account. I neither received ticket booking confirmation, nor my money back. I also don't know if the ticket has been booked.
