Refund My Money 115600...

Hi sir this is saikumar, i have paid an amount of rupeed 15600/- for regestration in csp, but they are not done my process after that i have asked to cancel my deal so that they forced me to pay 2100/- to cancel the deal . so please help me to get my money back of total 17700/- rupees . they are doing big fraud .
