I booked RT-PCR test for me and my wife from 1tab. I waited for my alloted slot but nobody contacted me, I waited for 2 more days but nobody came to collect sample neither updated me. I called their customer care but they said, that they are not aware and a person will contact me. Still nobody contacted, so finally I called customer care and asked for cancellation. They confirmed me that cancellation request has been placed and I will get my refund within a week. It's been 2 weeks I have not received my refund, I called customer care, they said they don't know anything and will let you know once done. I am worried that this is some kind of fraud.
