Technician charged 2620₹ before providing service.now he is asking for more money to get my refrigerator repaired which is in warranty. Videocon service centre is not able to help.complaint yet pending from past 11 days.i want my hard earned money back.and get my refrigerator repaired.Asap.mentally harassed by Videocon service centre and 247 around technician.will be grateful if anyone can help

The complainant was raised on 19th September 2021 and it's going to be a month still the service center or the technician came or resolved the issue

I have raised my complaint through Realme and they routed my complaint to 247around for technical support and its been more than a month that i have been registering regular complaints yet no technician has contacted me or visited.

I raise a conplaint my Tv not working once engg came after not picked the calls again I raised a complaint on 1june enng came and not picked the call .

247 around charged me Rs500 for a product in extended warranty and said the same will be rapaired within 1 month. It has been more than 3 months and still they not repaired the product, technician and customer care doesnt pick up the call.

I want my refund for Rs 500

I have given my 42 inch videocone tv for repair. i have lodge complaint on videocone and they have send person from 247around. on 1st november my TV was taken. The technician told that it has backlight problem and all 6 has to be changed and the cost would be around 3500; we said it is ok you do. there was also problem of vertical 3 line coming up and for that the person told that i will make it in this charge only. our tv was within 5 year of warrenty.. so we told that it is in warrrenty so please do it. they denied for the same. we said ok.. after 10 days i made call but they told, parts are coming, , after again every 2-3 days i am callling to customer care but customer care has no number of technician.. when we call to technician they told ho jayega, , , no proper reply. please help me out.

Installation was booked on 18.11.2020 for 2 Voltriq 43 inch LED TV.Till 23.11.2020 installation was not done and nobody called also.

I GAVE COMPLAIN TO 247 AROUND they collect my led but still I am waiting for my led after 2 month they are not giving my led after many follow there team is not responding properly repeatedly they answer for waiting part of my led, please raise my request on priority basis to 247 around team. They are not giving correct answer for providing my led till time and date.

I have paid around 850 rs as a service and visit charge for my television repair to 247 around.

After paying the price still the television is not repaired even after 25 days of pre payment.

On this for 25 days i have paid 750 rs to the videcon d2h even without watching a single channel as the television is not working.

So in all around 1600 + 200 (Channel guy from videocon took for service) rs are paid from my side for a zero quality service from both ends 247 around and videcon.

Both the parties blame each other saying the other party service is not working.

I want a complete refund of around 1800 rs also i have wasted my 5 days complaining about this to both the parties.

I purchased 49 inch lg ultra hd 4k tv from paytm and the product got delivered to my place on 13th november at around 3 pm. Order number is [protected]. Installation appointment was on same day but due to some reasons it got postponed till today i. E. 15th november still i am waiting for my free instalation to be done. As i can return the product in next 4 days as it has 7 days return policy. So whenever i contact the customer care no he messages me this:-

Got it! Request for television installation is confirmed on 13th nov 2017, 14th and 15th november between 4pm-7pm. 247 around call center no. Is [protected].
So if any body buying any electronic product online, please ensure the installer should not be 247around as they know only to waste peoples time and do not even bother to contact back once. Very very disappointed with 247around service. Such a loosers...

Came for installation of a tv bought through paytm with a wrong size of wall mount and promised to return with the correct one but without our knowledge they have taken our tv's serial number and closed the call. When called them and questioned they were very arrogant. If required i will provide the details as i cannot post in public.

My advice from this experience is if you buy tv online, free installation is provided by selling portals through 247around please take care to safeguard your tv's serial number until the call is completed. Once they collect the serial number their job is done.
