Dear Team 360 In Ex,

I have made a payment of Rs.588.82 Paid to www.360inex.com/hdfc through netbanking via netbanking on 2 Sep 2023 01:58 PM for Transaction ID: HDC051576.
However, I am yet to receive any updates from your side. I wrote to your customer care multiple times (Mon, Sep 25, 10:49 PM, October 3, 2023 10:25 PM, Wed, Oct 18, 5:02 AM, Sat, Oct 14, 12:28 PM )and unfortunately there is no response.

So may I request you to treat this as high priority and provide and update.

still not delivered please provide refund

I am icic customer.I have recieved offer from bank side.so i orderd backpack from 360inex of price 470(order Id:#ICI044677)
But i have not recieved my order and customer care also not responding.why icic promoting fraudstar like this.

I have Ordered watches and travel bags through icici bak offer (payment of Rs 6239 made at the time of order).Offer Placed on March 5th, 2022, 9 AM and got a order confirmation mail saying "Thank you for your order from 360 In Ex. Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number."
but still didn't received any tracking number via sms or email.If i sent a mail also they are not responding

This is to i kept order after HDFC transaction receive offer showing products in merchant site 360 In Ex. I ordered few products and my order number was #HDAL000431, Could you please follow up and let me know the status of my order.

I order Daffle Bag from ICICI provided Link for offers. I paid Rs.470/- and the same has been deducted from my account on Dec 28 2021. I received a mail from 360 In EX confirming my order also.

However, there has been no updates even though I wrote email to their customer care email:[protected]@360inex.com.

When I out found now, many people have been duped the same way.

Either return the money or send the product as soon possible.
