struggling to get refund despite multiple chasers
Hi team,
I am sending you this message via this forum, asking for your immediate attention, after months and weeks of waiting and frustration.
I am an nri from dubai and last year (2017), i was pursued and convinced by your bahrain based representative amitesh dudeja, to invest in 2 of the projects which are going through the worst of the performance and moreover with the way my case is getting handled, i am feeling like i have been cheated and dragged towards a disaster investment of my money and time.
There's a complete silence on this from your representative, despite several promises he made to call me in hours and minutes, but entire months and weeks have gone by, he is not able to make a single call.
When the deal was about to happen i remember he use to make 10+ calls in a day, but today when i badly need to talk to him he is avoiding my request to talk like i am a waste of time for him or of no use for him, this is absolutely humiliating and not acceptable.
By showing false projections and giving very high hopes of good service from 360 realtors, i was lured to put money in 2 of the projects. Looking at the current state of the project and behaviour of the representative, now i consider myself lucky i invested minimum possible but still its my hard earned money and i should be given a fair treatment and justice.
2 of the issues where an urgent action is required from your side are:
Issue#1 - return of inr50k advance deposit in selfie square gurugram project, i was not at all interested in this investment but i was promised that i can ask for a refund within 2-3 months if i dont want to proceed, going by the representatives words i gave 50k advance and within a months time i got to know that the project is not at all good and since feb2018, i am asking for a refund, till now your rep did not do anything on this, infact he admitted, that he got this investment done through me to meet his monthly target.
Issue#2 - i made close to lnr 4l investment in indiabulls gurugram dwarka project "one indiabulls" last year (2017).
After an year, i checked myself, till date, there is no progress at all compared to the last year, this project is not going anywhere also, there's complete silence from your side since months. Looking at the projects state and highly frustrating service levels which is no where near to what i was promised, i feel it will be a painful journey to continue the deal like this with your company, and so i want to quit from this investment.
I am writing this mail considering that the way i am getting treated and being unheard by the representative, is not the standard way of working of 360 realtors and there must be procedures in place in the company to sense wrong doings, take actions and listen to the pain of a customer.
I am hopeful of a swift action from the rest of the team.

I have booked 1 bhk flat in supertech sector 68 gurgaon with help of 360 realtors in june (50% payment done in june 2017 itself) and as per final deal they issued credit note to me and suggested that it will be en cashed after 2-3 months as till that time they will get brokerage from builder. But i am chasing them since more then 6 months now but they are still says that they haven't received any brokerage from builder/supertech. After too much request they agreed to process my case and asked to submit oregional credit note to process my credit note amount on special approval saying that this this approval process will complete in 20-20 days and they will share cheque by this time but when i called them after above mentioned time, they told me that cheque will be ready in a week or 10 day and suggest to call after a week but when i called them after a week they told me that they will confirm by end of week when they will process check after discussing with finance team.
So things are like every time i called them they give me new date and this is happening from last 6 months. I am helpless here please help me

I have booked 2 bhk flat in Godrej golf links sector 27 Greater Noida with help of 360 realtors in Nov 2017 (50% payment done in March 2018 itself) and as per final deal they issued credit note to me and suggested that it will be encashed in month time till they get their brokerage from builder (Godrej Properties). But I have been chasing them since more then 6 months, but still the reimbursement is pending. I have submitted original credit note to process the payment in March 2018 and have exchanged several mails in this regard but all in vain. After four months of follow up they told me they are taking special approval for release of payment and informing that this a process will complete in 15 days and they will share cheque by this time, two months have passed again only assurances that they will release the cheque soon and will be ready in a week, it has been sent to their accounts dept for further processing.
I feel cheated at this juncture and repenting that I had bought this property from them. I am sure this story is repeated with all your customers. The 360 realtors employees go on giving false assurances which have no value.
