I have purchased AMC of Eureka.
After that I got assured gift link from Eureka. When I opened the link then its shows page of 360inex.com.
Where I have ordered wallet belt combo of Rs 588.82 on 27th July.
But still not get any information regarding my product

I ordered a spykar watch .I paid money 588rs .I did not get any tracking links and update from them. Still It doesn't delivered to me.

My product not received

I ordered two (2) Spykar mens watch from this site. Order Number - ENPS2004253. This site was by Eureka Forbes through their rewards. The items is in colab with Spykar and Eureka Forbes. The price of the watch was Rs. 1177.64 which I paid thru NetBanking. And after the payment I got the transaction confirmation in my mail inbox but still didn't get any tracking link for the item. I received only part order which was the Spykar sling bag and Spykar women watches.

The store which had items is in colab with Spykar and Eureka Forbes. The price of the watch was Rs 499 and then with taxes it was Rs 588.82 which I paid online. And after the payment I got the transaction confirmation in my mail inbox but still didn't get any tracking link for the item. Please help me

It shows there that when we book a shipment through DTDC mobile app then we will get a offer from this site. I have ordered a spykar watch from 360inex.com. on 22nd april 2022. Product is not delivered yet n also not responding too.please take the necessary action against this company.

I had placed an order for 2 watches, with Transaction ID: HDC027796 and HDC027797.
I did not get the details of the tracking ids and I am not able to check the status of the order. I have sent multiple reminders and no response. Its more than 10 days now and no product received.

The company said that they will send the tracking number soon but till date I have neither received my order nor i have received any tracking number. I have sent reminders to the company but the company is not responding. I want to warn people, don't buy any product from this E-Com site as this E-Com site seems to be a fraud E-com site.

On 14/03/2022 I ordered watches by using coupons provided by the bank. After that I didn't received any conformation mail nor any update or status regarding the product. I mailed 360inex.com with the complain Thrice. But none of the time they replied. Now, if I didn't get any update regarding the product or refund of the product, I will launch a written police complaint against 360inex.com for doing fraud with customers.

I have ordered a spykar watch (Order - #ICI044328 ) from ICICI Netbanking offer Placed on Mar 18 2022, 12:51:03 PM and got a order confirmation mail saying "Thank you for your order from 360 In Ex. Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number."
but still didn't received any tracking number via sms or email.

Paid the amount of 1295.64rs and eventhough transaction was successful product is not delivered yet n also not responding too.pls take the necessary action against this company.provide me a justice as soon as possible.here I have attached my order details.

I've ordered a men's watch after seeing getting an offer from HDFC bank for net banking transaction. So, i trusted it and ordered the watch from 360inex.com as it was suggested by HDFC Bank. My order is placed on Mar 5 2022 and I didn't got any information regarding my order till now. I don't know whether it's a fraud or not and that too HDFC bank promoted this offer.

I got offer page on Eurekaforbes website. I made payment of 352/- using lazypay ( PayU) opton but until now I didn't received any update on my delivery product .. I tried to contact them on [protected]@360inex.com. but no response. kindly check this issue and recover my lost money and also protect customer like me.v
