I have ordered a spykar wrist watch fron the site(http://www.360inex.com/hdfc) but had not received any order confirmation or order id or any kind of tracking number. I also sent a complaint mail on theri coustomer care mail but did not get any response. I also sent a mail for the issue to the company's owner but the situation is still the same. Now it is smells like a fraud site. Kindly check the site and company.

My online transaction with www.360inex.com/hdfc made on 02nd April 2022 was not delivered or provided any tracking status update

The merchant has not provided any contact telephone number. Only customer care email id is given. When contacted via email several times; there is no response to my emails.
I am not sure how banks such as HDFC is promoting such fake online merchandise. The reputation of HDFC bank is also at stake due to this reason.
Would appreciate a quick resolution to this complaint.

Why HDFC Bank partnering a fraud company like 360inex.com on their netbanking page as a offer... I had purchased a Spykar watch from their and made online payment from PayU... I ordered this a week ago but still I had not got reply or delivering details from this vendor... It's my humble request pls if 360inex.com is fraud remove them immediately... Oresle pls return my hardcore money or deliver my product...

I am a HDFC Bank customer and using netbankig and got offer in netbankig and ordered Spyker Gym Bag and Sling bag of rupees 941/ and received an email for payment done and amount deducted from my account via net banking, but received another email after 1 hr for repayment.
