Recently, I got a paint job done for my car from 3M car care and got it delivered to me on 9th of December. Before using their service, they had promised to give us the bill and 2 year warranty for the car paint. Post delivery, they still haven't provided these documents. I have been calling them multiple times for the same, and in response they always say "Yes, we will give it you", but nothing.

Please help me with this issue.

Recently I did 3m anti corrosive under chase painting for my new ertiga car in one of the 3m car care showroom at perumugai, vellore-Tamilnadu.

I did water wash and noticed, they did not perform anticorrosive treatment properly for my car under chase and silencer coating.

This is not first time. Already one of my friend also faced some sunfilm bogus in the same show room.

I further don't wan to go with the same show room. So please take necessary action and refund my amount.

I tried multiple times with 3m care care support but issue not rectified. No proper updates from customer care support as well.

Today i. E, 9 oct 2016 morinin we gave our two cars zen lxi and celerio for wash at no. 8, old no. 50, mig, 80 feet ring road, khb 2nd stage, basaveshwaranagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560079 at around 9:30 am and we were told to get us on sunday only, though we had been twice ro then on friday and saturday, they purposefully asked us to leave on sunday so that they can charge the weekend charge which we were unaware but since we were regular costumers he agrees for 448/- for each car.
At 3:00 pm we got celario after wash, which was not really clean and we were upset over it and 4:00 pm we got zen which was also not clean.
We were upset with this, when asked to the concerned authorities they said "this is the festival season and this how the service will be, leave it on any weekdays we can clean it properly". It very surprising. And when asked for the bill he did was not ready to give, wen my daughter demanded for it, he wrote on the paper and gave us.
