I purchased sft150water softener from 3m. The product is supposed to remove the hardness from water but after installing also the hardness is same.This is not a good one. I still face sediment issues and water clogging in pipes post to the installation of 802 filter.Even the service is very poor. Post sales service is very bad.

It is a mere waste of money. I wasted a lakh in installing this product (SFT150 & SEDIMENT FILTER 802);but still the hardness is high. It is not an effective solution. The service and customer care can never be reached.
In a single word the product is rubbish at my home.

I had purchased 3m Automotive Film CR-70 for my windshield and RE-70 for my side window on 22/09/2012 from 3M Car Care at Borivali. The invoice number is I.2012.09.169
However, after 5 months o[censored]sing the product, I find no heat reduction in the cabin space of my car. The dashboard heats up to temperatures same as the outside and the heat dissipating within the cabin is the same as the outside temperature. I believe this is below the promised functions of the sun-film.
I informed my concerns to 3M dealership and even took my car for inspection to your Borivali car care center twice. But the response I got from your personal was anything but pleasant. I was blatantly told that it’s not possible that the product is not working and that I might be wrong.
After shooting an email to 3M their Regional Technical Trainer Mr. Ganesh Arun Patange visited me to investigate my complaint. He in his professional opinion agreed to my complaint, and I quote, “that the Automotive Film CR-70 for my windshield and RE-70 for my side window don’t seem to be doing their job”.
In spite of this, he called me back to say that the company will not compensate me in any manner and that there is no quantitative way to measure the efficiency of the film. The work around offered to me was that I should make use of the air-conditioner in my car to reduce the heat dissipating into my car. To this Sir, I ask, “why would I spend Rs. 13,420 on 3M’s sun-films then. This is not what was promised to me at the time of buying the sun-films from 3M and the website proudly displays exaggerated figure saying 50% heating reduction which is completely false.
