After deal broker Prakash manwar giving booking amount cheque of rs 2 lkhs it takes 3 to 4 days clearing in between he is demanding cash of rs 70, 000 and i gave him that rupees now the cheque is bounce and his mobile is off

Down payment, then agent prakash bapuraoji manwar will demand some cash amount to you and will
Tell you that customer will deposit rs 1 lac of his agent fees in your account after receipt of this amount
In your account you deduct that paid amount from rs 1 lac, also fake customer will tell you to do not
Deposit cheque in bank for few days
After 3-4 days you will get call from prakash bapuraoji manwar and tell you that customer is not
Interested in your property now and will ensure you that he will give back your money within 1 month
Which taken from you, after 1 month you will find his all numbers switched off,
He has no office, no address also he will not share any details at the time of meeting
This is i am exposing because i faced this and paid rs 30000/- to prakash bapuraoji manwar on 12/10/19
And on 14/12/19 i filled fir against both prakash bapuraoji manwar and his fake customer u/s 420
In my inquiry, he cheated 2 other people i was 3rd
