4rabet has onenofbtge worst customer service and a fraud company. Had added 35000 via net banking and the transaction went to error status. Have been writing mails to [protected]@4rabet.com and also even tried chatting with customer service with proper screena shots and transaction id. But there is no reply. This is cheating to customers and planning to complain cyber cell.

I have given withdrawal on 9th January 2023, but still not at credited to my account and I have shared my account statement also. Customer support are not providing exact answers when it will credit and what is the issue with the transaction. Even I sent mail to the supporting team, from their side also no reply

I created withdraw request before 15 days ago than i asked costumer care to when will be done they asked me to sent my all documents for varification so i sent my all documents before 14 days . now i have been waiting for my withdraw and and account varification. they gave me my first withdraw only but when it comes to my 2nd withdraw they are not giving. i added 20000 and i played bets and won now in the account 28000 . they not giving withdraw when you win . now they even not replying me in live chat.

I had made a withdrawal 4 times from the time i used 4rabet at that time i was very satisfied but after that on 30th December 2022 i request for withdrawal and it is still unprocessed until now. After i enquired about my withdrawal issue They are asking to send email to [protected]@4rabet.com my documents for account verification and i had send the required documents including video record of deposited transaction showing time and receipt to my 4rabet account [protected]@gmail.com but not even a single response from them until now for this issue.
