I have ordered shoes worth rupees 500 and rupees 100 of delivery charge. However the order is to be promised to get delivered within 7 days, but still parcel is not yet delivered even after 9 days since the order. His instagram id is @777_zone4shoes and his whatsapp number is [protected] .

    I saw the shoes here and ordered the shoes by going to their WhatsApp, whatsapp number is -[protected], they told us Your shoes will be delivered to you in 7 days, I have given payment advance 1100₹, It's been 8 days now but no shoes have been delivered to me yet.When I message, do not even reply after seeing the message.I told him that even if I will take legal action against you, he does not care, he has also ignored that message.Sir I request you to solve this problem of mine.
