I ordering product from 99rpm but they never dispatch or deliver the item. when i ask them thru email, they keep promising next week and on and on.hopefully someone can help me about this....

I have ordered 2 times from 99rpm.com for bajaj the first order i received a wrong part since their parts catalogue are not up to date and wrong part number for some parts. It took more than 30 days to be delivered to me. If they dont have it in stock then display it as out if stock instead of dispatch in 7 days. But i didn't return it since it didn't cost me much. The second order was for Dominar touring edition grab handle. I waited one month but the order was still in back order or awaited part. I mailed them several times about my order but they cancelled my order without informing me and mailed me saying i requested for cancel and refund will be initiated within 7-10 days. I was ok with it since they mail me saying refund will be initiated. But now its going to be two month and still i didn't get my refund no mails no updates. They are just wasting costumers time and stealing our money. Very bad experience. I will just report it to concern people as i got looted. Dont recommend this company to any one. They should not run this if they cant look after costumer needs.

I have booked an item No Metal Covering| 59063058| 46450559, vide order No.[protected] on 18 Oct 2021 for a total consideration of Rs. 3990/-. Despite repeated reminders, I still find the status of my order as PROCESSING over the official web site 99rpm .com/ fiat. Despite 3 (three) email reminders, I am yet to receive their reply. Now to my surprise, this company has made it to disappear their official contact website [protected]@99rpm over the internet and any communication to that effect is diverted to 99rpm.com.orders.

I ordered Windshield for Bajaj Avenger (Windshield Assly Complete With Frame| 52JM0018| 52JM0006) vide Order No.[protected] shipped vide Shipment No.[protected] through Expressbees Courier (AWB No.[protected]). My order date was 02/02/2022. I paid full payment of Rs.2340/- for the above mentioned order.

Courier Partner of 99rpm, Expressbees, informed me that they unable to deliver the above mentioned material to me and they returned back the item to 99rpm.

I requested several time through email to 99rpm sales team, either they send me same item through other courier or return back my amount. Till date no reply has been received.

I have placed order on 08 Jan 2022 and its have a month till date my order not delivered. I have been suffering a lot after placing order on 99rpm. Rather I would have arranged the product from open Market.

Awaited QTY of following parts is in backorder with the manufacturer. Backorder means that part is awaiting production/import. Usually, backorder cases take 5-25 days* to clear.

The order (order id :[protected] was placed on 17 Nov 2021, but till date they haven't shipped the parts ordered. Multiple requests through emails were send but NO Response. They neither supply the part nor refund the amount paid.

Unfortunately, there is no way we can contact them other than writing emails. I didn't know that it was a fraud company and the mistake of not verifying the genunity of the company also lies on me.

However I am posting this to alert others who may be planning to use that website for placing their orders, so that they atleast don't lose their money. In the current digital arena, there are such companies like 99rpm who cheats the people and there is no system to penalize them.

Placed the order on nov 23rd and till the date not yet received the product or proper information regarding the delivery apart from useless automated mail. Fed up with sending mail to supporting team which doesn't received the reply, last month receive mail showing that all items are ready to dispatch but next week received mail stating that 1 item was awaited. I ordered AC vent for my fiat and they delivered a wrong product, now thats it they wont respond to your emails nor have a number to be contacted.

Also their website have wrong product/part details so you endup losing money.

I lost my money ~ 1900 rs as wrong product and of no use. Never buy anything from this site

These guys are worse in communication. They don't provide a contact number. They don't even reply back to your email. I got a Headlamp set for Grande Punto which costed me around Rs2649 (Order#[protected]. Since I ordered the wrong side of the headlamp lamp (completely my mistake), I asked them for a return. They replied back to me after a month and after numerous followup emails, providing me an address to which I need to send back the product....

I have placed an order in 99rpm.com valued at Rs 2, 207 including Delivery charge .This order was never delivered .when i checked the courier partner which delhivery, then mentioned in the status that the shipment was returned.
