Sir,

This is with reference to advertisement & Promotion from Aaj Tak regarding to online eCommerce Website #99shop.co.in. I have ordered various items including Smart HD TV, Jackets & other electronic accessories of cost Rs 9, 675.20 but just after payment I realised that I got trapped in an online fraud. Till date I haven't received the items & any delivery update. Requesting your help to recover the money.
PS: I am sure Aaj Tak is involved with this fraud company & jointly looted us. Need strict action against Aaj Tak (India Today Group) for this. Enclosing Screenshots of transaction for ref.

I had purchased 2 (Renewed) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra December 28, 2022 at cost Rs. 2899. My Order YX231821. It is not delivered till now. It is a scam. and AajTak also involved brutally in this scam, if AajTak did not promote 99shop.co.in., no one purchased that.

I have purchase power bank on 17th feb thru 99shop.co.in but it's not received yet. Still I am waiting.

About this site, I have read in Dainik Jagran or Aaj tak news. But seems it was fake.

Also 99rs was deducted from my account. Kindly take appropriate action on it

Maine Aaj Tak par news padha. Aaj tak ne likha tha ki Saste me second hand mobile mil raha hai 99Shop.co.in par. Maine order book kar diya aur amount Rs.3199 pay kar diya. Aaj tak ki baton par biswas karke. Aaj tak ne jo news diya wo bilkul fraud news thi. Mere paise dub gaye kewal Aaj tak ki wajah se.
Mai chahata hu ki mere paise Aaj tak se wasule jaye kyon ki main galti Aaj Tak ki hai Jinhone us fraud company ke saath mil kar news publish kiya. Iski wajah se kitne hi logo ke paise dub gaye. Mai aasa karta hu ki mujhe mere paise wapas dilwaye jaaye. Ye Govt. ki jimmedari hai ki aise social media pe ban lagaaye jinko padh kar bechaare garib logo ka nuksaan ho raha hai.

Total purchased amount of 2799 But those item still not delivered and company site not working and secondly customer care number also not working, till 29.12.2022 to till date i had so may time call on customer care no. [protected], but nothing response from their side. Please help us and take strict action against fraudsters.

On 28th Dec, I ordered the refurbished mobile [protected]@2899/- but there is no response from the company, the provided number +91-[protected], and email ID [protected]@99shop.co.in is not responding.

This is a fake e-commerce website and dumps N number of people with wrong and lucrative products promoting as Year End Sales.

Kindly track down this website immediately and catch them to avoid further losses to the People of India.
