We called the above company to get our fidge repaired. They sent one man that name is raju on19/01/19 to get it repaired-the techies checked the fridge and told that thermostate failed to work and demanded an amount of rs1950/- and 350 service charges to replace it, accordingly we paid the amount of which a photo copy is attached here. He changed tht part. Surprise it did not work. We again called the company and informed the same. Then we called another techie. He said thermostate is working and only problem is setting of tempeture. Thet another guy told the company price of thermostate is 660 and that a. Q techno company taking 1950 just 3 times more
We called the company manager (Ph.[protected]) but he did not lift his phone.
Now. Hense i thought of sending an appeal to your customer care.

They sent two men on03/01/19 to get it repaired-the techies checked the fridge and told that censor failed to work and demanded an amount of rs3500/- to replace it, accordingly we paid the amount of which a photo copy is attached here. They did something and said the fridge works but they said not to on the fridge till 2hours and they went away. We waited 2hours and then we got the fridge on, but to our surprise it did not work. We again called the company and informed the same. They again sent the same persons who after examining the fridge said fan is not working and asked us to pay rs2500/-. We got doubt and not paid the amount and they left. Then we called another techie. He als said censor is not working and he replaced it and now the fridge is ok.

I sent an mms messge to return our amount on16/01/19 but no reply till now. Hense i thought of sending an appeal to your customer care.
