Order 769936 was placed in begining of January, have been able to contact them a couple of times and they change the number every few days by the looks of it.
In short one of the product was delivered but the second one has not been inspite of mutiple assurances of it getting delivered soon, I reside in Australia and my Father in Law being old is not able to follow up, this was for a marriage and all attempts to contact them in last...

I have tried to contact them so many times. And no reply from them.
This is mental harassment for the customer and is completely unacceptable.
They had put my phone number wrong in the order and now they are not delivering the product.

The delivery agent is not giving me my order my the number is mentioned WRONG by the company.

And I cannot connect with them over call. They are not responding. They are not reachable. I messaged them on WHATSAPP as well as ON INSTAGRAM.

No help from them.

Please help me.

I placed an order, order id 196271 with them on 26th June, which was delivered at a long wait of 1. 5 month. The size was not accurate so I raised an exchange request, which again was not generated. i kept calling customer care, they received after much wait and before they could generate the exchange fee link the call was cut. I again tried for 100 times, once they received they gave me a link for it and I complied and paid 300 rs. After which the suit was picked up on 9th of August, and after this they are not even receiving my call, not even replying to mails. I have updated my size request also, but no response from their side. We also pay with our hard earned money, they have no right to dupe us like that. I am constrained to take a legal action now.
