Aadhar Housing Finance Complaints & Reviews

I have taken a home loan of Rs 10, 00, 000 from Aadhar Housing Finance on 2018 @11%, After a year they have raised interest to more than 12% Till now I have paid total Rs 7, 49, 700 out of which Rs 5, 24, 700 is just an interest and principal amount is only Rs 2, 25, 000.

Today on 21st Mar'22 when i when to its branch to make a part payment the officials are neither cooperating nor providing the proper information that after paying part payment what is the rest amount to pay.
They are just running a scam.
Requesting you to kindly take action against this issue

Every organisation keeps constant contact with their customers, but not for aadhar housing finance.
This company never interacts with its customers.
i took a loan for ~8.8 Lakhs. but every month i pay premium of 7640 INR.
Yes i get intimation of auto-debit but never received any loan documents . i even dont know the policy number. just periodic mails are sent to my mobile with no customer care...

Aadhaar housing finance is the worst company for a home loan. They have not sanctioned our home loan but taken processing fees. They are lying that your home loan in the process from the last 8 months. We provided all the required documents to them even they not sanctioned our home loan. We are really frustrated by applying for a home loan at aadhaar housing finance.

Dear sir/madam,
Even after submitted all documents sale executive ramendra chauhan, sadashiv peth, pune branch dealy to give housing finance cheque. My housing emi already started from 2 months, but till date i am not received my cheque. Cheque was draw on 19/08/2017 but till date i am not receive. If it expired who will take responsibilty of it. He committed me that cheque would receive before diwali, but without any intimation he went on leave, & no one ready to take responsibilty of it. There is shocking thing that he took document locker keys along with him. Its break customer trust on aadhar finance company. Builder ready to give possession but from your end its dealy, so please solve this problem as early as possible.
