Unknown charge
Its first and last text from my side. I will go file despute against you in the court. who are you to deduct my money from account. EMI is one way deduct it no issue why are you charges 502/- rs from my account after deducted EMI . Check it i wanna refund my 502/-. If he refund is not initiated i claimed a file against you in court that you charged money from my bank without my permission unknown charge. Last date 13th may if my money will not refund you can see in court

Poor customer care service and nasty response

I have applied for List of documents on 1st April 2023, which has to be sent within 15 days as per their finance company employees communication. But after 28 days also not received, customer care is waste one. They won't pick our call or even pick also simply tells service down contact is after 72 hrs. They will raise ticket some times but they themselves close the ticket without fullfiiling our request. I don't recommend this finance company for anyone.

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited Home Loan Cancellation

I have not taken any loan amount from this Bank, got approval and submitted cancellation letter due to some reasons yet asking for EMI every day. When enquired about the same in the branch they are always saying it is in processing, I am getting cheque bounce issues. No customer support no response to email, toll free number regarding loan cancellation. Head office is not caring but asking for EMI amount repeatedly.
Please help what to do? How can you pay with out taking any loan amount or cheque from the bank?

I had taken a Home Loan from Aadhar Housing Finance Limited, Rewa (M.P) under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in year 2018. Till date, I haven't received its urban home loan subsidy whereas I have submitted all the required documents twice at their Rewa branch office. At the time of processing the home loan, they said that you will receive the subsidy benefit within 6 months.
From last 3 years,...

Charged 39000 for no reason

I am transfer my home loan from AHFL to PNB of RS 1695000. but in foreclosure they charged me 39000Rs. For no reason and not given any clarification for this.

Home Loan Cancellation
I have requested for Loan Cancellation and following up with Branch Manager and AHFL representatives since last 3 months.
But they are saying the same thing that the loan cancellation is in process.
But not cancelling the loan and deducting EMIs from my account.

I am also facing the same issue, no body cares or gives proper answer getting calls and messages for EMI, but I have not taken any loan amount from the. Just applied and submitted cancellation letter immediately.

about interest charged from company after moratorium

The government of india has declared and announce the period of the moratorium but this "aadhar housing finance limited" company asking for the loan and charged interset and telling customers if you don't pay loan and interest, interest will be increased high in next 3 months. They are calling again and again.
They are using illegal ways to recover the amount. If the government of india has declared the don't pay the amount the next 3 months but they are recovering loans another way.

Dear administratives, my name is Ramesh Kumar s/o sh. Canada Ram from uchana district jind haryana. Mob. [protected], [protected].I was applied a home loan in your hissar branch located in haryana on 05th of Dec 2018 and my case has not been cleared till now. And I have not answered clearly about my loan they are only making me fool and also demanded for money against the loan I have paid them all they were demanded but my case is not cleared till now please help me.. In this matter if you do not take a strict action against them then I have to go to the higher devision to solve out the matter.. Thank you

One year back RBI housing interest at lower price. At that time AHF limited has RPLR interest has not done at lowest price. At a time the RPLR has raised interest increase at that time existing rate of interest is13/ now new rate of interest is 13.25 when we inquiry about this they told to call head office they said were you got interest they only told to give request form from that time we not got any message from head office application number V0125636

This is to inform you that, aadhar housing finance limited is cheating its customer, taking bribe for providing housing loan & threatening to report & reported in cibil showing outstanding, even if there is no overdue outstanding.
Before disbursement of the loan a/c no. 00172, fraudulently they have taken one emi, which is with them in advance.
During june17 ahfl has taken two emi without any intimation & after several follow up & visit their office, they have returned one emi.
Ahfl has reported to cibil that the loan a/c no. 00172 as over due on dated 31st oct 2017, where as there was no outstanding as on 30th oct 2017 & even one emi is already in advance with them, which was taken by them fraudulently before disbursement.
In spite of several follow up with their customer services, i am not getting any revert from them.
Request you kindly look into this matter & take strong action against such nbfc company.
