I have given my vehicle for general service (Break complaint) on 25th in Vadavalli adhi Maruthi. After the service they have returned the vehicle back on same day. Wen we check Doorlocking system program has changed and anti theft alarm also has been deactivated. We called the service executive to check why this has been deactivated they told program executive officer are on leave once they back will arrange a call back but no call back received and after 2 days we have taken vehicle out for drive the speedometer was not working. Immidiately we called the manager not the service engineer he confirmed once we come back from station we arrange a executive to check . Same happened today. But we only called continuously to know the status no one called back. We got literally irritated and writing this complaint. No proper follow up given to the customer.How will we get the confidence

I purchased a new dzire petrol model car with aadhi maruti dealer, coimbatore on 15th sep, 2017. But when checked with digilocker the vehicle is registered with 'diesel' fuel. When the dealer gave me registration certificate they have tampered with the certificate detail and written manually as 'petrol'. I complained about this several times to the dealer. They have been telling me it would be corrected in a weeks' time. So far it is not rectified. I have been complaining to the dealer about this for more than a month now.
