I had placed a prepaid order on 2nd of April 2022 and have still not received any update, the wesite does not provide much info and the status has been showing Order Confirmed.
I have already made the mistake of making full payment.
I have written multiple emails and requested for updates, however no response from the seller....

I have ordered some product form eassymall online shopping and they send me a order confirmation the id no OID49931, SMS Dear Kams, Your package with Order ID OID49931 containing 1 items was shipped by xpressbees service with tracking number [protected] - HIPPO… note: I tracked with the id but haven’t not showing any status past 5 days.
