I applied to pre-close of my personal loan on 24th of July 2021, still now I did not get the foreclosure letter. Everytime when I called to their customer care they told me that 15 working day

    Team,

    I've made a payment of 80k which is 20% of my loan amount. So the entire amount of 80k should adjust in principal amount without any charges.

    But i can see only 77k is only being adjusted as per repayment schedule shared to me.

    Kindly adjust total 80k in principal and share revised amortization schedule...

    I was already mailed regarding this issue on 21st December 2021, which I'm yet to get resolution for this.

    Till now there is no resolution for this and tomorrow you want the EMI amount..

    Such a pathetic service from you which I didn't expect...

    I want the resolution at most priority else I'm going to take this ahead..

      I am unable to pay my emi's so i had requested for moratorium till 31st may 2020 which they had approved. Then on 2nd june i had again requested for moratorium extension till 31st august but they are not responding to my emails.

      They tried to debit the emi twice due to which i would have to pay the bounce charges. They are calling several times each day and harassing me, when i told them about the rbi announcement for loan moratorium till 31st august, they said they are not following this rule of rbi.

          I have a personal loan from abfl which i have been paying regularly till march. Since the corona pandemic started our company has reduced the salaries/stopped paying salaries as its business is down due to which i applied for moratorium till march 31st and wanted to extend it till aug 31st as per the rbi guidelines. I had sent several mails regarding the same. Of late abfl executives have started calling and threatening stating that they will report it to cibil and will file check bouncing charges. They are forcing to pay up and saying abfl does not follow any govt guidelines (Calls recorded for electronic evidence).

          I humbly request you to follow the govt guidelines and not to harass customers during this time of crisis.

          Are the govt and rbi fools to pass guidelines for nbfcs and other financial institutions?

            Dont treat the customer as animal if you want to harras the customer come legally and fight . you ppl all are womens who always try to call the customers and threaten. Come in front and fight
            I missed the payment of June 2019. Your collection unit called me and i told them precisely the payment will be made by 15/06/2019. I made the payment of INR 11303 on 14/06/2019 night from paytm and you bloody [censored], damn collection ppl called me on 15/06/2019 atleast 50 times from different number.

            This is second time i have same incidence where they threaten me for legal notice and sending the person at my place. The person name is rajan pertain to be unprofessional team leader from chennai. You ppl try to torture the customers.

            On 16/06/2019 i got the call @7:51AM in the morning although i didnt attended the call they called several times too. This is the time to contact the customer on sunday?

            Please provide the pre closure amount i will try to arrange the funds in coming months and get rid of the bull [censored] organisation. You ppl are not human being and try to harras the customers thinking that you bought the customers after giving the loan. If you want to fight come legally and i will give you the answers dont think the other side customer doesnt have power to fight with unprofessional organisation.

              I've paid the EMI via Paytm against the loan taken from Mobikwik on 25-August-2018.

              The loan number is LXW-M[protected].
              I've tried contacting the helpline provided by Adutya Birla Finance Limited.

              The costumer care says that I've to keep amount in my Kotak Bank if I want to pay the EMI else the payment will not be considered paid by any means.

              So where am I supposed to go if I don't have any resolution regarding the same.

              Please help l.

              *Aditya Birla Finance Limited Group needs to update their database about the EMI paid and also that if they want to deduct the EMI from my account they may do so, but the amount paid through PAYTM has to be considered as the payment for the second EMI AND THE AMOUNT OF EMI TO BE WAIVED OFF FOR THE UPCOMING EMI I.E. NOVEMBER EMI.
