I got in touch with Abhinav outsourcing in Dec 2016 wherein I was told by the agent from Mumbai to enrol with them and they will help me to immigrate to Canada. She told me to give IELTS exam and more than 7 bands. She never told me to first try clearing the exam and then once cleared should enrol with them. When I got 7 bands in 2017 I was told that I still have to get more bands in order to get eligible score of 38. Later the agent left the organization in mid 2017. I again gave the exam and scored 7.5 in Dec 2017 and I was able to make it eligible score of 38. A new agent from Mumbai was assigned who informed me that I need to get 8 in listening & 7 in each module. I was disappointed for misguiding and misleading me. I was so shattered and depressed because i didn't have a good financial background and the fees was hard earned money which seemed a waste to me at that moment. I planned to give exam in 2018 and suddenly, a new agent was assigned to me in Delhi. I contacted that agent for months, however, he was on medical leave. It was so frustrated to work with new agents again and again sharing the bunch of information from the scratch.
I requested to move my profile back to Mumbai as I was not getting proper guidance. The agent I was assigned in Mumbai later left the organisation in 2018. I again got a new agent in 2019 who motivated me to give IELTS exam again, however I started realising that it is not worth giving because if I get the desired score in IELTS, i still would not be able to meet CSR score. No body actually informed me about it because they already had the fees. Later this agent too left the organisation and she kind of suggested me to apply for refund In case i was not happy and satisfied with the services they have provided. Later when i try to emailed about refund they started getting rid of me saying that my profile is expired and will be removed from their records in Dec 2019.
I am disappointed because I have spent lot of money to enrol with them and giving exams number of times.
I am not at all satisfied with the services. I feel i have just wasted the money and I was not given the right information. I would have first given the IELTS exam and once I would have attain the required scores then I should be asked for the enrolment or apply for WES.
I understand they charge fees for the services they would provide, however if I didnt get the score at first place then it means they didnt get a chance to serve me. I would request to help me get the refund that I deserve.

Abhinav outsourcing just makes false promises about helping with the immigration application. Their success rate depends on the candidates whose crs score is above the cut-off score, the candidates who actually do not need their services as they would automatically be selected in the draw if they file their application on our own. I was promised comprehensive support on pnp but in the last 5 months, i had to chase the case manager assigned to me multiple times to get even the smallest queries answered. Also, they delayed submission of my application, which i had already pre-filled before opting to take their services for 2 months as they kept it in updating mode and the same couldn't be considered for any draws held during that period. Though i had specifically paid them for help for pnps, i haven't received a single update on the profiles created for provinces as yet.

When totally dissatisfied by their services i asked for the refund, i received the work history for my application which was not at all sufficient to justify the progress made in 5 months and it was quoted that they would only issue a refund if a candidate has a personal reason. Them providing dissatisfied services isn't a valid reason for a candidate to demand a refund of their hard-earned money.
