The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Charging fees from people by misleading them
I got in touch with Abhinav outsourcing in Dec 2016 wherein I was told by the agent from Mumbai to enrol with them and they will help me to immigrate to Canada. She told me to give IELTS exam and more than 7 bands. She never told me to first try clearing the exam and then once cleared should enrol with them. When I got 7 bands in 2017 I was told that I still have to get more bands in order to get eligible score of 38. Later the agent left...

Abhinav outsourcing just makes false promises about helping with the immigration application. Their success rate depends on the candidates whose crs score is above the cut-off score, the candidates who actually do not need their services as they would automatically be selected in the draw if they file their application on our own. I was promised comprehensive support on pnp but in the last 5 months, i had to chase the case manager assigned...
