Nowadays experienced worst banking service from abhyudaya cooperative bank bhandup..
Form filled up to update phone number and sms banking service on 03.12.2022. Now its 15 days post still no update.. And casual attitude of bhandup branch staff and branch manager..
He directly says update ho jayega, apko msg ayega from last 15 days..
Hopeless service, and abhyudaya bank customer service number is always invalid or busy..

My father had taken a person loan from Abhyudaya Bank and he was paying his EMI properly on time. Just during the lockdown phase he delayed the payment for two months. Without intimating him personally they decreased his cibil score by giving reasons of overdue in July 2021. I just want to know is this the way you deal with customers? Is this your humanity? Today, my father cannot take other loan because of low cibil. If this is the way you treat your customers and your staffs as king and queen; I guarantee you there won't be any potential customers for this bank in the future.

Hi this imtiyaz khan, On 15/10/21 I have withdrawn 500/- from SBI ATM Girgaon Hinduja college branch, the amount was been deducted but cash not received, I have call on same day in inform about the deduction, there said the amount will reverse in your a/c in 24 hrs, I have call on Monday as well on Tuesday, same reply today is 20/10/21, already 5 days, there said I have to visit branch for this complaint, I don't have time for this, kindly look to the matter. Not given the complaint no. I m doubt that there have not taken any action regarding this.

Hello sir/madam

My mother suman pagare is a savings account holder with abhyudaya bank. And father (Ashok pagare) and mother both also have fixed deposit accounts in abhudaya bank. Suman pagare is a nominee for the fd of ashok pagare.
My father passed away in month of december 16 and mother is giving multiple rounds to the bank to transfer my father's fd to her savings account.

We filled in deceased form as suggested by bank along with death certificate. Bank manager insisted to have witnesses from abhyudaya bank. We dont really know any one in relatives of friends holding accounts at abhyudaya bank. Hence after multiple requests bank maanger allowed us to add non abhuyudaya wintess.

I have added 2 witnesses from hdfc bank mentioning all account details. My senior citizen mother is again sent back saying they need some note from hdfc bank. There is no such ask in the form and neither manager explained my mom what they exactly want now,

My mother has severe health problem and there is almost no cooperation from the bank staff on what they really looking for.

For all other banks where my father had account, mother got things done with ease and hospitality.

It is really inhuman to treat senior citizen who has already faced huge loss in her life and doing repeated rounds of the bank for the deceased husband's money in-spite of being nominee of the account.

I have an account with abyudaya co-op bank ltd., abhyudaya nagar branch, today i. E.[protected] i had done a transfer to my other bank current account for the amount of rs. 5000 and rs. 1000 seperately which i say that the aacount had been debited with the account but not credited to the other account (Mycurrent account).

I started calling up to the customer care but they were not so trained to answer me, just transferred my...

I went to the brach for cash withdraw of 6000 and the manager denied even though they had cash and when questioned why the response for the manager was as if he don't care about the customer. Then called the head office ti complaint the experience was worst spoke with Raghunandan Vajpayee who is in complaints department he was more rude then the manager and spoke as if he don't care about the customer.

I am not satisfy with the Abhyudaya bank service, it is an thrid class service that they provide, i called on [protected] 7-8 times, but all the time they said we have down system or your problem has been short out

Hi, Dear Bad Service Provider my account number is [protected]. On yesterday i have been visited in your jankalyan branch without my photograph in my new passbook & i want the money on very urgent basis but there is no customer support diretly cashier is saying go to scinior and talk & after scinior is saying sorry we cant do anything if you are thing we are providing not good service you can closed your account & very much of route behavior of scinior person. So as per your scinior person decision i have desised to closed my acount from your bank i am a very tenure in your bank from last 10 to 15 years my hole family is in Abhuyudaya bank only i will inform to them also to closed their account from your bank also i will suggess to my hole friend to not to open any account in your bank.

bank paid Rs. 24650 as interest on F.D in FY 2013/14 but reported to income tax dept( as seen is AS26 tax credit statement) that they paid Rs 40, 380, thus increasing my tax liability. When reported, they "regretted for inconvenience" & no further action. Such banks cheating customers should be penalised by R B I. The bank has inefficient staff, incompetent managers, least bothered for the customer. Similar wrong reporting was also seen in 2 other members in my family.

My Dad was Guarantor for one person who had took loan from Abhudaya bank at fort branch, but bank without verifying anything, his job or his property has passed the loan, and though there were total 3 guarantor, they are taking his whole amount from us. And the loan holder is elope. wht can we do now? plz suggest.
