I had bought plot from ur castle jigani from ravindra and Ashok reddy as per their commitment of completion of layout within short span of time...i visited layout yesterday and I was shocked to see the condition of the layout without any developments

I purchased a 30x40 site in ur castles-2nd phase. When i visited my site (#155) last week, i see no signs of development. The approach road is no longer there. The site marking and label stone have been broken.

The builder's representative nagaraj's phone is switched off. When i spoke to some one on their office number, they said that they have stopped 'marketing' this project from over an year. When i asked then what are you going to do with the sites that are already sold, they have no clue and want me to contact ashok reddy, whose number they don't have.

I am still paying emi on this purchase and can't afford to loose my hard earned money just like that.

I am not sure where to go from here. Owners of the same project, please include me to the communications/updates that you may have. Call me on +91 [protected].

I've a bought a Plot from Accent Properties, represented by Ravinder Reddy and Ashok Reddy in the Year 2011. While selling the Property they promised they will complete the Developments By end of 2011.But till today there are no developments taken place. I would like to lodge a Complaint against these cheaters in consumer forum....

I Mukesh Kumar have booked one plot #366 in ur castle phase-1 near- jigni industrial area and paid initial booking amount.The rest of amount I was supposed to pay through LIC loan. He made me promised that loan approval will take time, so I have waited for 2 years.
During this period he has already sold my booked plot to someone without informing me. How one plot can be given to two person.
When I asked in office then he told me that he has contacted me many times. Even he don't have any proof like any mail communication or niether sent any notice to my address. After doing some argument, Now he is offering me another plot with the increased price. I have an agreement paper which he has given me at the time of booking. The plot price and plot number are clearly mentioned in detail with countersigned by owner.

I have been cheated by ur castle, the interest amount he is getting benefited from many customers Like me to promise that bank loan approval will be done soon. One of my friends also being cheated for the same reason so he withdraw his money. But ur castle has not gave his interest amount.

So I am raising a complaint against owner o[censored]r castle project, accent properties "Ashok Reddy". In indian panal court act to transferring/alter the property.
