I ordered a Real me 8 mobile on 19/12/21
Due to unavailability i cancelled it on 23/12/21
They promised to refund the amount by 7-10 days but even after months they haven't done
Told me under process for these long time

I mailed so many time but they didn't respond or don't pick any phone calls

Ordered godrej 1 ton air conditioner through add me cart on 29th April. Track irder status is constantly given as " order passed to dealer ". No information on anything anymore. Phone number not working. Mailed them but no response. Paid online total amount - Rs 22 thousand plus - a huge amount which I now beleive I've lost.

Add Me Cart delivered the defective product and duplicated the boat brand. I received boat 121 v2 airdopes, which is not working. When i checked with the Boat Service Center, they told me the product is duplicated. Add Me Cart persons properly not responding to the phone. If we return the product they will not refund the amount. Hence, i am requesting to take necessary action against the Add Me Cart

An order was placed online vide order no. [protected] for Nothing brand Earbud Headset after making payment of Rs. 5599/-. It's a matter of great regret that the package was received after a lot of follow up & on opening of the package it is found that the manufacturer packet was cut from the top. On opening the plastic packet of ear bud it was found that the items are old/used/duplicate. However, we tried to do pairing with different phones but did not succeed in doing so. Add me Kart was requested through many e-mails to send a fresh set of Earbud & take back the earlier supplied one. The fresh consignment is yet to be received. Moreover, they have not given Tax Invoice for the product. No manufacturer guarantee card was inside. Its a fraud online shopping Site. Never buy any product.

They don’t give proper response they make their customers fool, I ordered something from their site its been half month and I didn’t get delivery yet . I m going to file complaint against them after waiting for 12 hours. If they are not responding properly then I’ll take legal action against them.my order id is # [protected]

I have purchase monitor in May 2021. My order number is [protected] . I paid 9999 through credit card. But from that day I have requested them to refund. I have mailed and messaged 100000 time. No response. This company is 100% Fraud. They raise money form this fake app. I request government of India to take strick action against them. I have complain them on cyber crime in srinagar.

I ordered boat airdope on Oct 10th 21 but till now not delivered and they didn't give a proper reason

I am not getting my order .I order on 27 sept I not get yet

I had ordered a computer screen and paid online for the same. Later I was asked by the company to reorder another product as the one I had ordered was damaged. So I cancelled the order and requested for the refund. Current situation is that noone is picking up the phone and I haven't recieved the refund.

Today i received an oppoA31 mobile .but is not a new one it is a used mobile charger also duplicate

Yesterday I have received jiofi product from AddMeCart, but the product is not working properly it is very poor and the company people will not responding for mail and phone calls. Worst company. They are telling that one product received its not refund or replaced. They are not giving value for money for customers.

So I cancelled product . But still refund is not provided. I have paid Rs1670. They are totally fake. Govt / police should punish them. I can see lot of complaints on this company

I have ordered jio dongle 4g on 17.07.2021 and the order delivered me on 12.08.2021 means after almost one month. I opened my order and i am shocked the product which i got is an old one. It was manufactured in in 2016 and used by some other people.

On 9 June 2021 I have paid Rs. 45998 being the cost of two hitachi split AC (refurbished) [ Order Number: [protected] ].

One of addmecart's team member talked to us regarding the unavailability of the product which i have ordered .

So I requested your member on call about the Cancellation of the order and immediate tranfering back of payment that i have done earlier which is rupees 45998.I have also received confirmation message from them regarding approval of my cancellation request on 21 june 2021.

Till now i have not received my payment back neither any response was given to us. Moreover there is no positive response when i called to the phone number of their team member [protected].

I am also attaching a receipt showing the successful transaction via UPI.

I have been trying to contact addmecart official via email but they are not resonding now.

They are saying that this order is refurbished.

Selling refurbished doesn't mean that we as customers are entitled to defective products
