I received the Jio dongle on July 6th 2021.
The battery is not working and the product is defective.
I paid ₹1, 670.00 for this order.

Now when I ask them to refund and return this order.
They are saying that this order is refurbished.

Selling refurbished doesn't mean that we as customers are entitled to defective products

I received the jio dongle today and it’s fake product. I gave paid 1699rs for this dongle and not working. Received the used old piece and no jio packed box. When I insert the SIM card and switch it on, it’s not getting on. It’s completely fake. Let me know the process of refund.

I have ordered one samsung mobile in the addmecart website and I have paid Rs ₹5, 566.00 but still today i have not received the product but they keep sending some routine message..

I purchased HP monitor for rs 9999 and i paid the full amount. On 24th may. Till now neither i received the product nor refund. They only contact on whats app. Every day they said you order will be dispatch within 3 days. From my point of view this is the biggest fraud app in the market. They raise money and the disappear. I request cyber crime deptt please look after this matter. I have also have complain everywhere. And i will try my best to let know people that this is a fake app.

I had placed an order for a Brand new Reliance JioFi set from this online site
"Add me Cart" based in Delhi on May 13th 2021. On recieving the same, I got a a used and damaged product. Immediatley I reported them by the one and only Watsapp number provided by them in their site ( i.e, +91 [protected] ) where we are allowed only to sent messages.
So as per their advice I returned this package back to the address given by them in our watsapp chat. I'm hereby attaching the details of my coversation herewith. The amount I paid was Rs. 2999/= Till today, they are beating round the bush and making a fool of myself and today when I checked the status of the sent courier package. it looks that they have initiated a return of the package back to me by Proffessional couriers. Add me cart people have not initiated any refund also regading this return.

Hence sir, I humbly request you to accept my redressal and kindly help me retrieve this amount from them at the earliest.

I ordered a Samsung m51 phone of rs 19464 on 5june on addme cart.com no response came so I canceled order n want my refund they don’t reply to mails n wats app kindly help to get my money back

I have ordered it induction 1077 rs .. and i have done online payment via google pay.. nd then in the it is showing that ur payment is pending but in google pay it shows paid ..

I purchased a branded Bluetooth Speaker through this website on 11th May, 2021. The amount was paid for in full by credit card. A confirmation email was sent, stating that payment was received and the product would be delivered within 3-5 days. A WhatsApp number was mentioned. After the stipulated time. I messaged the WhatsApp number only to find an auto generated response. I wrote an email to them asking for a delivery schedule. I got a reply after a few days saying my order was passed on to dealer. When I kept asking for a delivery date, they replied within 3-5 days. This is an answer I get for every communication with this website. Ultimately, when I found that my order had still not been delivered, I requested for a refund and cancellation of my order. I was told I would have to do it from their website. When I signed in, under My Orders, there was no mention of my order. I then sent them an ultimatum by email stating that if I didn’t get my refund, I would approach the cops, the cyber crime branch and also put it out on social media. I have not heard from them since. On going through their social media profiles, I see many people who have complained of similar issues. This is a fraudulent website running a sham and scam business. They take your money and then you don’t see your purchase. You don’t even get a refund. Strict action should be taken against this fraudulent website and a full refund should be given for all purchases made through this website. I hope I can get my money back.

I purchased a mobile phone Samsung Galaxy M 11 model on 30/05/2021. First 2days they provide information about Mobile. But after 2 days there is no information and no response for Mail as well as Phone calls. After reading the reviews, I shocked.

I have purchase one Bose bluetooth speaker on 7th May and made online payment of Rs: 12960/.
They committed me the product will deliver within 7 days and till today I didn't get the delivery of the product.
After 7 days I wrote a mail to the register mail id of Add me cart and after 2 days they replied me back that my order is under process.
After that I wrote multiple mail regarding the same thing and they didn't take any action about the product delivery or refund.
Today one of the executive is asking whether I want to cancel the order or not?
I'm requesting you there are multiple negative feedback about Add me cart as they are doing fraud with customer with their money and with the product.
I would like to request please help me with cancel my order and refund my money asap.
Or else I can go to any extend to lodge a case against Add me cart about the fraud.

I had ordered mobile from them after confirming they will be dilevering the same in three or four days. It's fake site use zapak pay for taking payment they have not dilvered the mobile and are not responding to mails and what's up . They office which is in MP also we got visit done doesn't exist . The gst no is on company name with out any owner .Its complete scam

I ordered jio m2s data card and ordered successfully and payment done. But later it's changed to cancel status. Money got deductted from acount.

Today i just orderd a one plus NORD mobile phone worth rs 3000 through addmycart.com and i just pay full amount of mobile phone through my credit card, but after paying full amount and placing my order successfully, i dint find any way to track my order on site or any where else.
I just feel fraudulent.
Please resolve my issue.
