I have ordered a boombox of Philips ₹6199 on 22 April 2021 but till 29 April no shipment was executed therefore I appeal for cancellation on of the order on 29 april. but till date no refund has been processed then that deliver the product now they are refunding my money I have all the proof order ID transaction ID and excetra. And now the costumer sucess manager Shivansh Singh is not even replying

Refund not processed when order cancelled with in 2 hours it placed.

Hi,
I ordered Jiofi 4G Hotspot on 'Addmecart.com' on last Sunday April, 25, 2021 but cancelled that immediately on the same day in just 2 hours before it is packed and despatched for delivery.
I immediately wrote them in email about the reason to cancel and also requested them to process the refund. I followed up in emails and also on their whatsapp number to process the refund.
However, it looks like the site is fake because till the date they neither reply any of my emails.

I ordered a mobile phone from the AddMeCart website and I haven't received my order after 4 weeks so I asked them to cancel my order and also asked for a refund. I have already paid Rs.31068 for the product online. I have been asking for a refund for the last 5-6 weeks but they are continuously saying we are working on it and you will receive your refund soon. I want to file a case against the company and Shivansh Singh.

I placed Order number: [protected] dtd 8TH FEB 2021 To ADD ME CART forJiofi High Speed Jio Router Jmr1040 for Rs 2670 . I told them i need it latest by 13th feb but neither they dispatched the device nor they returning my payment for 1 month. They just reply that if cancellation is approved they will return my payment within 10 days, but for past 20 days they are showing cancellation request as pending

I have ordered old /used product from add me cart web site however I have received dead unusable product without any charger. I have ordered new charger from Amazon and checked but it is not able to ON. Now I am asking to return this product as per return policy but no one is ready to help me from add me cart Team.
