I have ordered one women sneaker from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 06/10/2022. I used debit card for paying but after payment it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was refused. Please try again using an alternative card or payment method."

I tried to order two times and money (Rs.1249.50) has been deducted from my account two times but order not placed after checking my bank statement I found that Adidas India has deducted my money two times. I have uploaded both statement screenshot of money deducted from my bank account. Total amount of money deducted from my account is Rs. 2, 499/- My registered email id for https://www.adidas.co.in/ is roma.[protected]@gmail.com.

So, I have request please credit my hard work money which have deducted from my account

I paid cash on dilivery rs 2000 for football shoes. but i did not get it refund.

I ordered football shoes from addidas but it was small in size so i returnd it and was waiting for the refund it has been 2 and a half weeks still not recieved the refund.

My order of Reebok shoes was supposed to delivered today. I have also spoked to delivery executive twice and he assured that shipment will be delivered today but till now, no shipment is delivered to me. I am very disappointed from services of Ecom Express. Worst experience ever in my life.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring it to your notice that I purchased Addidas shoe for my father from your company's store situated at Electronic City Phase 1, Neeladari Road, Banglore store, on 16th March 2020. My father proceeded for Bhopal and kept the shoe with me. He could come to Bangalore in April 2021 and started using this shoe thereafter. It’s very sad to say within 5 months of actual usage the upper part of right shoe near toe got torn out .
We have been using the products of adidas since long time but this time found the product unsatisfactory. I am highly disappointed by the quality of the product bought for my father. Adidas is known for its quality and comfort but this time it is not justifying its brand name.
Unfortunately I am not in possession of the Invoice but can provide the online payment details of rs 4799 made to ADDIDAS\94 Rhythm Squareground.
I am writing this to suggest me proper channels/ways to replace the shoe and regain my lost confidence in adidas products as I never expected this type of quality from a well renowned, reputed and international shoe manufacturing company.
This is my humble request to please take care of my concern as soon as possible and make provision to return my shoes.
