I had booked one 2 BHK Flat and one shop in Adel Green World, Sector 8, Palwal, Haryana in the year 2013. I had deposited an amount of Rs.26/- lakh. I am above 76 years old. I need my money back.

After retirement i have booked a house in their project skyville sector 68, gurgaon. I have paid almost 60% of the total money. There has been no construction at the site since last 3 years. I have been continuously writing to them but did not get single response. Under the situation i want to pull my money out from the said project with minimum 18% interest.

I had paid booking amount based on the promise made by the builder.

As they failed to renew the licence, i had asked for refund of the booking amount and the request for the same was also accepted.

But after that nothing really happened.

This is what is being done to a senior citizen who has invested her hard earned money.

Any idea about the the current legal proceeding against adel landmarks and its directors? We registered a flat in phase 3 in march 2011 and our bba is also done but construction is yet to start and there is no concrete response from this fraud company. Last info i have about case in chandigarh high court against its directors and sebi asking the company to refund rs 1000 crores to investors in 3 months last year. But there is no update since then.

Adel Landmark Ltd looted aprox 1600 people's hard earned money buy selling plots and flats fraud . They deemand 90%-100% money from customers and mortgage the same property with IFCI bank .

Now IFCI take legal custody of project because ADEL Landmark have not paid their loan.

These project situated in Sec-08 and Sec-12 in PALWAL HARYANA.

Please be beware of this fraud builder now customer goes to Haryana High Court for remedy.
