I have applied a home loan from adhar housing finance branch c scheme jaipur before 4 month ago in the name of mrs. Santosh devi w/o mr. Suresh chand. Mr. Sunny employee of company done this case. But he done health insurance along with the loan without any information.
I confirmed from mr. Sunny at the time of starting discussion that i dont want to take any insurance with thus loan and he assured us for same.
Today i received bond of health indurance from chola company then i found that he done insurance along with yhe loan withouy any loan.
Today i called with mr. Sunny for discuess about this policy then he said you must have to take insurance with loan. It means without insurance they not give any type of loan. Then i request him to talk yo senior he said he is not in branch when i want to take mobile no of branvh managr he refused to give contact no.

I humble request you to please close this insurance policy i dont want to take this policy please refund my amount.

Its disheartening but a huge brand name like aadharhousing's employees do not share any information regarding no refundable policy. When tried to get in touch the answers received was again disheartening example over phone while talking to colleague " arre customer h chilla chilli kar raha hai' and his designation was manager of vaishali nagar jaipur branch.
It has been more then 2 months. Didn't expected this.

P mere home loan ki pahli kist 07/09/17 ko mere acount se kat li gai aur fir dusre bar 15/09/17 ko dubara fir mere acount se 11773 rs kat li jiski suchana mene aadhar branch bhopal mp nagar me mr vikas chaturvedi ko di hai lekin koi santosh janak uttar mujhe nahi mila. Mujhe mera paisa mujhe jald se jald bapis karane ki kripa kare aur aasa karta hon ki aisa dhoka mere sath fir nahi hoga. Mera mo. No. [protected]

I am vandana istari bhoyar customer of aadhar housing finance in nagpur office my mother is loan applicant, at the time of purchesing loan, company's employee mr. Shailendra kale in nagpur office told me as per government rule they give a subsidy on my housing loan. But after 1 year they don't send my subsidy application to head office, i talk with shailendra sir but he always ignor my request, i call customer care they told mey he don't get my subsidy application from nagpur office.

Dear sir, i applied a loan in aadhar housing finance company in 10/02/2017under pradhan mantri awas yojna (clss) with 5750 rs by check ammount debited from my account but my file is rejected 20/04/2017 . after 2 month my file is rejected when i comunicated bto costmer care . in two month i was not told that fees 5750 is non refundable . when my file is rejected then they told that fees is non refundable . please solve my problem and refund my amount

Rahul parmar is sales executive of adhar housing finance ltd. He was demanded more money for agreement. Which was unfair amt around rs. 4000/- for one loan.
And i take loan on two property, it means igave total rs. 8000/- for two file.
Pease do something and rebate my money back.

I Mr Rupesh E Baviskar / Sunita R Baviskar hed taken Transfer BT home loan form your Adherer Finance my loan A/c No is Application No 00062992, total amt of loan is 1050000 and emi for month is rs 12661/-

As per your commitment have agreed to give topup loan amounting to Rs 2.5 to 3 Lac within 10 day after submitting Original document now is about more then 20 day and even after submitting all Document,

Need of Money

1) My wife and my baby last 9 day ICU and per day cost 10000/-.(Total Bill is 45000 to 50000/-)

2) i can transfer Home loan - Au Finance to Addhar Housing cost is 40000/- (10% interest per month) Given by Mr.Dhanraj
But not help AADHAR FINANCE KALYAN BRANCH

Your finance company saction rs.322000 for housing loan in the name o[censored]rmila devi w/o surendra kumar sharma plot no 137 dolatputa road, rupshree 6 jaipur.

Compnay deducted rs.22000 insurence charges, about 16000 thousand they take from me processing and other charges

Company give me housing loan rs.270000 a/c pay cheque in the name o[censored]rmila devi sharma, about 30000 loan not given just now...
