As attached invoice of purchased product on 23th feb 2022 on order no.[protected]-9209703 (Product Name Tommy Hilfiger Casual Men Slim fit shirt) amount was 3599/-

Due to looking old, I returned successfully on 26th feb 2022 but still refund not credited to my account.

Myntra is saying we processed successfully and bank saying refund reversed to myntra HDFC account on 28D feb. 2022 but myntra is not updating me refund reversed or not ?

I wasted my money 3599/- kindly do needful action as soon as possible.
Provide me refund I already waited 90 days if not resolved issue then sure I will complaint against seller also as well as Myntra in consumer department.

On 18 mar 2020 I ordered a new phone but on the deleivery day i got a fake sony phone inside the package after that i complaint to the employee then he said that he will refund my money after that he blocked me .. he has done the fraud with me . Employee name is Hemant kumar . phone number [protected].
Company name is Adilaxmi E-Commerce.

I ordered an new mobile through an employee of the company. But i received a different old mobile. He said refund and replacement for one week, but he is not refunding my money. He is a fraud. Help me get me my money. I have necessary proofs. He is still chatting and making a fake belief of refunding money. He is such a fraud. The company is responsible for this. Please stop this before they try to cheat someone. Thank you.

Adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd through flip kart which is not original.
Adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd & flip kart has fooling people by selling stolen phone. After the purchase i am receiving calls from crime branch and they are claiming that the phone purchased is stolen and they are asking to submit the phone for the investigation. When i visited to check crime branch indore to verify that calls was real or just a fraud, then i got to know that they were really from crime branch & that was true.
According to crime branch indore there are many phones of vivo purchased by many customer from different different platforms are stolen. According to them around thousand phones are having fake one ime no ends with 009 which was sold to many customers.
As per crime branch there are many sellers who has sold stolen phone with one ime no. Around 1000 mobiles are detected on the one ime no (Same ime no which is mentioned in my phone information ends with 009). As per them they are submitting all the phones which are purchased by same ime no for the investigation so that they can trace all the seller & then they will block all the phones with same ime no.
I even have different ime no., ime no.in my phone information is different from the ime no. Mentioned in the invoice. Ime no. Mentioned in invoice is [protected] & in phone information ime no mentioned is [protected], both are completely different. Please check the screenshots i have attached.
Police is submitting all the phones for the investigation. I have purchased this phone from adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd through flip kart by paying those 22000. Now police has saying to submit the phone for investigation & they are saying all the phones with this duplicate ime no. Will be blocked after the investigation as it is having fake ime no.
I don't understand what wrong i have done i have just purchased the phone from adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd through flip kart where i lost the phone also as police is taking that n lost the money also which i paid to flip kart for the stolen phone.
I have lost my 22000 rs & phone too as adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd & flip kart has sold stolen phone to me with fake ime no.
I have purchased this phone on bajaj emi, it took 2 years to clear phone installments, after clearing the installment police is claiming that phone is stolen and having fake ime no this phone will be blocked. When i contacted flip kart and adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd for the same they are not ready to take any guarantee of this fraud, they are not ready to help.
Where is the assurance which was given by flip kart for the security n authenticity of the product? Flip kart claims that they sold original products then how came this type of stolen phone they have sold from adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd.. According to police there are many other phones which are sold by adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd and flip kart.
Now adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd & flip kart is saying they don't take any guarantee of this kind of thing. They are not ready to answer for any of this. I don’t understand what is my fault in all these i have purchased the phone legally by trusting online platform flip kart & seller adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd paid all the emi of bajaj then also now i lost the phone also and my money also.
Once i got this information from crime branch indore, from that they i am calling to flip kart, i have shared all the documents they have asked, from 15 days i am calling them, mailing them, every time when i talk to them they give me new resolution date, 1st resolution date was 6th, then 8th, then 9th, then 10th then 12th, then 14th then 15th & now 18th.
Before 3 days when they got mail from your side, they called me & asked to share certain documents & they will get back to me within 24 hours i have shared that, but till now i didn’t receive any mail or call from their side, when i called yesterday for an update they have given me resolution date 14th, toda7 i again called & they are giving me new resolution date 18th, this is happening to me from last 15days.
I am not getting any proper response from them, i am really fed up, what’s wrong i have done, and i have just purchased the phone by trusting the brand name of flip kart, i have financed this phone from bajaj, for 2 years i have paid installments to bajaj with interest. After paying all the installments i got to know from crime branch indore that phone i have purchased is stolen & will be of no use as they will block all the phones which are using fake ime no [protected].
I have lost 22000 rs. Which i paid to flip kart, interest amount which i paid to bajaj for emi, and phone also. Please help me, i don’t have money to purchase new phone, & am tired of calling to flip kart again & again, those people are just fooling me by giving false commitment.
Kindly help me to get my money back from adilaxmi e-commerce pvt ltd & flip kart which i paid for the stolen phone.

I have ordered one mobile of brand and model as “vivo y69” on 10th may, 2018 through flipkart. The product has been delivered and received at given address on 13 th may 2018. At the time of delivery of the product, mobile phone packed was not properly packed and does not sealed with vivo company stamp tape rather it was packed and sealed with normal white tape. I immediately complained to customer care in respect of this and after 3 or 4 days they told that your request has been canceled by seller. Again i complained to customer that without any discussion who can close the issue, they again raised the complaint on my behalf and they agree for recall the product, when courier boy come to pick the product, they opened that packed in front of me even after i told him that i am returning the same as it was not packed with company seal, you cannot open it as i myself has not opended the same once delivered to me. He informed that it is his duty and he have to open hat box, when they opened box in front of me, only mobile phone was there in box and no charger and ear phone was there. Mobile phone was tampered and looks to be second hand set. Courer boy has denied to pick that phone and they cancel my request. I again called customer care and told you can confirm the issued with courier boy. I am requesting to you through flipkart to recall the product but they are not giveing proper resoulation. I am cheated with faulty product against a cost of new product. Request to help me in this matter.
