I had purchased the BPL LED Smart TV(32 Inch) from the Adishwar Electro world Vijayanagar Branch Bangalore on Saturday(28.06.2023). While selling TV they had said that, the BPL executives will come to premises and they will install it by Monday(26.06.2023). I booked haier refrigerator by paying full amount from adishwar 8th mile store. Product in not delivered even after 6 days.
When i make phone call to showroom they make false promises. When i visited in person to the showroom and asked them to cancel the order and refund, they showed rude behavior. Also, they are saying do whatever you want to do, we can't cancel and not promise the deliver on time even after 6 days....

After purchasing they told me that they will send technician for TV installation & Demo within 2 days of purchase. But till now they never came.
