At the time of TV purchase the Sales person as committed the adjustable TV mount shall be free and where later at the time of installation they charged 2000 for adjustable TV mount which is not fair

    Dear Consumer Complaints Team,

    I had purchased the BPL LED Smart TV(32 Inch) from the Adishwar Electro world Vijayanagar Branch Bangalore on Saturday(28.06.2023). While selling TV they had said that, the BPL executives will come to premises and they will install it by Monday(26.06.2023). But still I did not get any single call either from BPL team or follow up call from Adishwar Team. When I made follow up call to Adishwar they are trying to skip call by saying they will come. But still no proper follow up from both the side. They are ignoring my request.

    Please help me regarding this.

    I informed my concern to their head office through mail and they pushed it to be happen instantly. Today morning(30.06.2023), the Technician came to my premises and made it happen.

      I booked haier refrigerator by paying full amount from adishwar 8th mile store. Product in not delivered even after 6 days.
      When i make phone call to showroom they make false promises. When i visited in person to the showroom and asked them to cancel the order and refund, they showed rude behavior. Also, they are saying do whatever you want to do, we can't cancel and not promise the deliver on time even after 6 days.

        I had purchased a refrigerator from adishwar india limited, hsr layout, bangalore on 26.01.2019 for rs.66, 000/- and based on the prevailing offer informed by the representative of the outlet i had availed the offer of hdfc credit cards for cash bank and 0% emi.

        However, adishwar failed (Initially delivered a damaged piece) to deliver the product despite repeated follow ups. Eventually, i was informed that due to failure from their end the amount would be refunded. Accordingly, adishwar has cancelled / reversed the transaction for rs.66, 000/- on my hdfc credit card.

        However, despite repeated follow up, adishwar india limited, bangalore has till date failed to cancel my emi transaction as a result of which my emi has been generated (Including gst, etc) and i am being compelled to pay the same, despite there being no principal transaction itself.

        When contacted the hdfc bank credit cards division, i have been informed that this is a lapse from the vendor side as this is a vendor generated emi and cannot be cancelled by the bank. As such, the same can only be cancelled by the vendor.

        Whereas, the representative are not responding to any mails / phone calls.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I purchased 2 whirlpool air conditioner from adishwar india limited, nagarbhavi bangalore on 2nd april 2016.One av was 1.5 ton another 1 ton.My 1 ton ac is defective model, idu. 42094, odu. 43053 srno: cna[protected].Before purchasing the ac ii told them that the size of my room is 12*10 and i live on 1st floor so they can give me correct ac.Mr. Gopalkrishna [protected] told me that 1 ton whirlpool 3d 6th seance 5star ac would be sufficient. So as per his advise i purchased that ac.Even they didn't inform to take aeh line they simply told me to take 15amp plug connection for the ac so i took 15 amp normal connection.Now my problem started first of all ac was delivered on 2nd april sat at 8pm. After that my calls and follow ups started for installation.On monday 4th april at 3:45pm technician came for the installation.On that night at 3am in the morning ac automatically switched off, my both the daughters were feeling very hot.Water was leaking from ac as well as ice got accumulated below the ac.Next day morning i immediately complaint to adishwar, the dealer at nagarbhavi they told that they will send the technician mean while i spoke to head office mr.Nandkishore [protected] and informed him everything.On 5th april evening technician came and they checked our ac and told us that while doing installation one part was missed out by the installation technician that's why cooling is not happening properly so he inserted that part in ac and assured us that now ac will chilled your room.On 5th night my children slept in that room and at 4am when i came from the office my daughter told me see pappa, again ac is not working and water is leaking more ice got accumulated.So again on 6th i raise the same complaint and same technician came on 7th evening(7th april thursday).This time they told me the different reason that i have not taken 15 amp plug connection from aeh so that's why ac is getting off.As ac is not getting enough power supply so they informed me to change the connection to aeh. Technician assured me that after changing the connection my room will be cool.So i called my electrician to change the 15 amp wiring to aeh connection to both the room and i got it done on 8th afternoon.After that at 4:15pm on 8th afternoon i switched on my acc to cool the room with aeh connection but till 8:30pm night it did't cool the room.Dealer (Adishwar india ltd)is not ready accept that this "whirlpool"ac is defective one.Daily they send technician and they come out witha different reason, now they are showing the reason that "there is a problem with outdoor unit(Big fan).
          So i request you to conduct thorough inquiry and help me for my 1ton ac replacement.

            I have bought Sansui UHD LED 42" TV on[protected] from Adishwar electronic store, Amruthalli (Branch code-1056) with the Customer code - AMR10867, Bill no 1056-420 & Ref RCO no 1056-760.
            After purchasing they told me that they will send technician for TV installation & Demo within 2 days of purchase. But till now they never came.
            I have been calling them many times since the purchase date but they are not responding properly.
            Looking for their action item in this.
