Personal loan - Closure & NOC issue

I have taken loan in aditya birla and after 1.5 years i have decided to go with tata capital and did the BT amount. While closing ABFL representative highlighted that 2% closure charges and same did. After closure charges paid also ABFL not issued the NOC and they have deducted the one EMI also.       Hi,
      My ABFL Digital Business Loan has been settled as per agreed upon mutual conditions and the outstanding amount was settled as per the agreement issued by ABFL.
      But even after a year now since closing the Loan Account through agreed settlement...it still shows as open and i keep getting mailers and calls from ABFL Team, which is annoying and very disturbing.
      I request and ask the concerned Team to look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

        Today i received a call from Aditya Birla call center for payment of 7152 which the representative Prashant [protected] is also unaware on asking her name she refused to reply and started using rough language the u r a beggar and not capable to pay ( tumhare aukat nahin hai ) . i sincerely oppose this kind of call no id and no manners to talk. Please take some action or i will be forced to lodge an official complaint against your representative in call center.

          I am in the Post Production field and primarily in the Theatrical Release division, where we are solely dependent on the Cinemas for our business. Due to the lockdown and the cinemas being non operational for over 6 months, it has given a massive blow to our business and livelihood. So much so that we have had to close our operations in the other metro cities, so we can save the rental and salary costs. Currently I am in a situation where, even if the Cinemas manage to open in the next month or so, it will take a long time for the business to pick up, especially since most of the new movies / releases are taking the OTT route.

          I have also been told verbally, that since the business is currently next to Zero, chances are that I may not get paid at all in the coming months, which is extremely traumatizing as I have Rent to pay and also manage my daughters school fees apart from the bare essentials to run a household.

          Looking for some respite and assistance to help me tide over this trying time, as I am already having sleepless nights and also now suffering from High BP and lack of sleep owing to the current situation, which is getting increasingly difficult for me to manage. As per the Industry and my company, Salaries shall take a good 6 months to stabilize and the constant calls and visits for demanding payments as well as the Bounce charges is adding to the overall stress as I am currently not in a Financial condition to make any payments. I have sent emails regarding my situation constantly to the Aditya Birla group, mentioning my situation to them. The Job Market is also tough out there as nobody is hiring and I am just thankful that I have a job currently. My CTC Pre Covid was 1, 27, 000/- per month and currently my salary credited to my account for the month of September 2020 was 35, 000/-. Attached is a copy of my latest Salary Slip. My Salary has been revised thrice since the lockdown and currently it stands as per the details in my salary slip.

            I want to close this personal loan. I went to the branch to close it and they denied taking my dd as i didn't have foreclosure letter. I have been emailing
            Them since july for foreclosure letter but they did not send it yet. My emis are getting deducted even when i want to close it. It's completely unfair and comes under fraud.

                      I am been trying to reach out to them via emails and calls however there is no response rather they continuously tried to present EMI due to which my savings account bank charged me Rs. 1500 as bounce charges and Even Aditya Birla is asking for return charges.

                      Moreover, they call continuously through automated system wherein we cannot even ask question. These guys are harassing in this pandemic situation.

                        All bank in this time giving moratorium. But this aditya birla finance only pushing emi. This is very critical to take personal accident. One month 5 time they are bouncing the account.

                          We have got sanctioned of rs. 18.60 cr. We have not availed entire disbursement and now we would like to pay this loan in this difficult time of covid-19. When we approached your rajkot office situated at imperial heights, 150 ft ring road, we are aghast by the response in following way:
                          1) i was sanctioned loc on 29th feb 2019. I was promised to get a sponsor tie-up to get normal functioning of cash credit facilities. Various partners were changed, i. E. From yes bank to indusland bank. We finally got a sponsor in dcb bank in march 2020. We are yet to receive any welcome kit from the dcb bank as of 24th june 2020. Though we have a credit average balance of nearly 1cr in our current accounts of various banks, we have still been paying full interest @ 11.5% p. A. To abfl. We have requested abfl various times to look in the same but we were always received with a negative response or no response.
                          2) we have been denied to accept acknowledgement of foreclosure request. It took almost three hours and discussion with various seniors to accept the same.
                          3) everywhere we see your claim of tall tech it technologies used by your institute, but we have been told to wait seven-fifteen (7-15) working days to get the same.

                          Now, we got sanctioned from scheduled commercial bank and approached rajkot office. They have denied to support on foreclosure matter. We have got sanction approval for nil foreclosure charges i. E till 30th june 2020. So, delay by your office will result in us paying you 2% prepayment charges.
                          Hence, we request you to
                          1) accept our foreclosure request asap and provide us with foreclosure letter immediately
                          2) or extend time for my foreclosure condition which is nil for q1 of every financial year from 20-21 because the delay for providing foreclosure statement is from your end.

                            Hey i have given request for extended moratorium till 31st august but then to they have charged 3 times and even bounce charges also happen from bank and they also charged which is 1750 which is not not acceptable they are not agreeing this pandemic situation and even customer care also not connected even mail put and many things whatever i have needed i have done but no hope all other has last 3 month they have given why not this time other finance are giving as rbi guidelines take action against them and get out refund of bounce charges from what they have deducted they are # looting people seriously kindly help

                                Hello,

                                I had taken a loan from aditya birla finance limited. I have always paid my emi's on time, however, due to this covid-19 i am unable to pay my emi's so i had requested for moratorium till 31st may 2020 which they had approved. Then on 2nd june i had again requested for moratorium extension till 31st august but they are not responding to my emails. I have sent so many emails however got a reply couple of days back asking for a reason to opt in. From month of june till august i will be having a 10% deduction in my salary. Its very difficult to manage my finances in this pandemic situation.

                                They have debit the emi for june due to which i am have financial crisis. They are calling several times each day and harassing me, when i told them about the rbi announcement for loan moratorium till 31st august, they said they are not following this rule of rbi. They do not reply to email.

                                        Please refer to my correspondence on pmay subsidy in respect of my housing loan account number lnhyd0hl-[protected].

                                        Even after multiple mail communication and telecommunications along with all required documents as per your instructions, i don’t see any proper action taken by your company.
                                        Inspite of my repeated request you paid a deaf ear with your in-action in resolving the issues raised by me which is leading me to financial loss, mental agony.

                                        If you don’t take proper action and resolve my issue within a week. I am left with no option except to approach the ombudsman for the inconvenience/deficiency of service/ mental agony/ financial loss occurred to me with your negligence.

                                        When i asked through call, i got response like it must be wrong in pan or aadhar.
                                        I totally disagree your blame on us even after providing correct details.

                                        Your negligence is a big loss for customers like me, loan amount will be deducted on time but mistakes done by your company not rectified timely.

                                        And now i see pmay status as rejected due to borrower mid match.

Have received confirmation email, about bank change however the emi still not getting debited from the new bank account. I am getting remainder calls everyday after 1st of every month.                                                     Yesterday i got a call from +91 [protected]. The person called himself nageshwar patel and he said that he is speaking from birla finance and asked me to send the documents required for the loan. I sent all the documents and after sometime i received a call from him saying that you have received a mail from birla finance which has bank details (Please find attachment of screenshot of the mail) to deposit 6500rs. As a registration fees which will be refundable after 24hrs. I made the payment and he said that within 1 hour your loan will be disbursed.
                                                    I didnt received the loan amount and today i called them again and they said that your cibil score is not good so you need to make 4500rs. And now there is no response on that number and the contact number given on the above link of birla finance website.

                                                      We are asking them, rather have mailed then several times saying we want to change our bank details for EMI and keep saying that they will send but they don't and then they ask to pay bounce charges every month though we pay before the due date through payTM. And every time we mail them they just revert saying someone will come and take the document. But till date no one has turned up instead third party person is coming and asking us to pay for the loan which we have already paid. We want to take this to consumer court for tarnishing our respect in neighbourhood.

                                                        Sales person collected all the required documents and after few days he replied saying your loan is approved and need to sign agreement by giving five thousand as legal charges and 6 cheque leafs. I didn't get any msg or email saying loan is approved and I asked how can I pay the cash without any confirmation also I said no bank will take cash from the applicant. Sales person told in Aditya Birla this procedure is their. Since this is the first time in Aditya Birla I believed what he said and paid 5000 via cash. Later I got to know my application got rejected and I tried call the sales person who has responded till now. Then I contacted useless sales manager who is talking rubbish and saying he doesn't belongs to their faculty. If he doesn't belongs to Aditya Birla then how my application logged in. Later Sales manager gave few useless numbers where I am trying to reach from long time and no one responding.

                                                        Requesting everyone not to apply anything in Aditya Birla. They are useless and not bothered of any customers. Other bank during the loan process they will call and instruct us do's and dont's. If it was done by Aditya Birla I would have not lost my money.
