I checked my credit score after a long time.When I last checked my CIBIL score it was 868.And I needed an urgent loan.But Aditya Birla finance ltd have added a payment of ₹ 88 to my credit score.Due to which I dropped it directly by 138 points.And only around 700 remained.Aditya Birla's account number is showing in my credit score, I tried to make payment through many apps but there is no one on that account number.Loan show is not happening. Account Number Incorrect Shows that this account number is incorrect.I needed a very urgent loan but due to their fee of ₹ 88, I could not get my loan.

I had Paytm Postpaid (Loan account No. PYTMPPABFL[protected]) due amount on 7th August 2023 but my Paytm Account was blocked temporarily on 7th October so i Due to technical issue in Paytm I couldn't paid Due amount on 7th October. Requesting you to waive off penalty amount from my account as early as possible. And provide me an alternative method of payment of Paytm postpaid Bill because I am unable to login to the Paytm app may be the reason is the Paytm app is not supporting in my version of mobile phone.
Kindly requesting you to please resolve my problem as early as possible as possible.

I had borrowed a loan from MoneyView Loan ID[protected] app for which the financer is Aditya Birla Finance Ltd Loan Account Number - LXW-M[protected]. I had paid the entire amount as they told me to pay, and I wanted to close this loan, so I paid every charge that they told me to pay. MoneyView customer care is arrogant and Aditya Birla Finance Ltd is the worst I should say being the main financer for this loan didn't help me in any way visited their main office in Mumbai Thane G-CORP near Hyper city Mall. I had paid the entire loan amount including the charges asked to pay for this loan no EMI to hit my account and also, I want the proper closure letter for my loan and this loan to be updated to CIBIL that it's closed.

I have taken a loan with help of moneyview app, Loan amount Rs 20000,
The EMI was 2529 which is paid 5th of Every month, the 1st EMI was started 5th February 2021, the amount was auto-debited from my account, but in the Aditya birla loan account statement shows, the amount has been received on 13 February and my bank statement shows I had paid on 5th February, I want the penal charges to be waved off,

I received call from Aditya Birla for extension of my loan moratorium and I opted for the extension on moratorium period on 28th May 2020. But Aditya Birla has still presented the emi twice and I had to pay bounce charges. Also their recovery agents are saying that they are not bound to provide Moratorium and it gets cancelled. Only 20 banks are listed in RBI list for moratorium and ABFL is not one of them, so you have to pay EMI. In the lock down my husband's business is completely in loss and I had sizering Operation on 5th June and facing financial problems and non cooperation from ABFL is really irritating.

I had already applied for personal loan application no.1501723 almost 15 days back, also i have signed your agreement and provided all required documents to your executive for which my loan has been approved at your end but still they have been delaying to process it at their end and always give some or the other excuses.

Dear sir, i had taken a personal loan from aditya birla and now i want to close the same, from 2nd april im being following with them to give me the foreclosure letter, but till date i havent received it, im daily calling miss vanita from andheri branch but she is not giving me a positive reply, everytime i call her, she is either not on her seat nor she is in office, its more than 12 days that im following up with her, request to please help me as i need to close the loan account.

I have applied personal loan through apna paisa.com in the month of dec'17, as per my bank statement the loan availability is 1.97, 000 wherein in my requirement is 1 lac. After the verification there was no any revert from both. I called in jan'18 both apanpaisa.com and aditya birla finance, they have informed me that the loan has been rejected. On 7th feb i received a message from my banker saying that an amount of 1, 89, 078.80 has been credited to your account from aditya brila. There was no any approval from me. I have called many times and sent mail to both the service provider and they are not bothered to reply to the customer. Please look into it.
