I have taken a Housing Loan of Rs. 2500200 in the month of February 2022 on semi fixed interest rate for the period of 20 years. Hi All,

I am seriously unable to explain my frustration and harassment by Aditya Birla Housing finance. In the last 5 years, I wrote numerous emails to the Bank to resolve my issue permanently, but every time I have to go through a lot of harassment.
A brief summary of my concern We I borrowed a home loan in 2017 August amounting to Rs 5200000 lacs, a Tenure of 25 years ( 300 months ), and ROI ( 7.2% - 7.5% )as committed by the Bank. From that date to date every half year either my tenure and ROI are increased without any prior notice. Whenever I contact the bank to revise my ROI they make changes for the month of two and increase my tenure. Regarding this, I had to contact the senior leadership of Aditya Birla and for a time my issue gets resolved but to my surprise again after 3-4 months the same thing happens. I am not sure despite paying my installments on time why they are harassing and forcing someone to take the extreme step.

For a Loan of 5200000 lacs, I was entitled to pay 12, 000, 000
Whereas now they made changes and want me to pay 14, 680, 000
Tenure increased to 367 months from 297

I want my tenure to be the same as it’s next to impossible at age of 70 years.

This complain is in regards to the behavior Aditya Birla housing finance team visited my house and abused my mother and father and forced to pay the emi, I had 2 months pending emi during pandamic and also we were paying the emi post that. Would also like to go for a ligal FIR against the team.
