Dear sir/Mam,
It's been almost 2 months now since I raised request for foreclosure of my Home loan account whose details are below. But still I haven't received any update from Aditya Birla HFL and also Aditya Birla employees are making me fool by providing false promises that my issue will be resolved soon.
They have started ignoring my calls and not explaining the reason why they are not providing the foreclosure of my Home loan.

I am really disappointed from customer handling aspects of Aditya Birla housing Finance Ltd.

I am requesting you to take necessary action against Aditya Birla HFL and it's employees and intervene in this case and provide me my Home loan Foreclosure.

Also, the employees are mentally harassing me by not listening me and accepting my calls.

They have generated online service request for my foreclosure but I got generic response from that service request which was totally different from what I asked

I have taken a housing loan from Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. against a property Jointly owned by Me & My Wife. Loan was taken in our individual name but I being a business man and not salaried person Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. told me to compulsory add my Brother as Guarantor but smartly they also made company as Co-Applicant. We had made some pre payment of our existing loan to reduce our burden of EMI in this critical time...
