I did my service a 3 months ago at same service station and that time he changed bearing of handle and that time he not changed bearing and a faced issue 1 day after service and i also complained about it and now i again give my bike for service and that person again said the bearing need to change, is it compulsory to chnge bearing in all services and if yes then honda is giving like this quality i didn't know i[censored]r saying this

Respected sir/mam, my vehicle has a carburettor problem so i came to the aditya honda virar west branch... they have created a huge amount of bill and still they don't be able to solve my carburettor problem.. and next day when i went to their service center they are misbehaving and talking in arrogant manners... I request you to please try to resolve this issue..

Poor service with high charges

On 28th September i was charged 6000 rs for servicing my bike and still my bike broke down midway. After opening up checked and found that there was nothing done to my bike.

Worst servicing ever had for Activa 125

Received faulty bike on 20th December, 2017.
Issue against bike diki of not getting locked.
After 2 months silencer burst while driving in the middle of the road.
Later on even having free servicing, repeatedly we paid bills beyond 1000 rupees at times 3500 simply ample of times.
Every time after servicing immediately on its 2nd day bike would have a break down anywhere on the streets.
Several complaints were lodged on ineffective servicing, but every time we wer looted by giving bigggg bills.
Recently had servicing done looted for 3500 rupees, second day again bike had a break down, could not start.
We again paid 1010 rupees.
While on our way again bike had a break down . Wat do we do??
Went to General Manager who had no manners to speak to customers... Boasting about his degrees. Still could not resolve the issue.

Worst service and giving trouble to their customers
I have given my activa from since last 10 days but not done and also i have another activa which is not starting so i have called in aditya honda bhayander showroom so thay can pick up my activa and take to the service center and they are agreed to pick but since last 6 days they are saying we will definitely pick your activa today but bot pickuped yet i am calling every day and everyday they are saying we will pickup but not done yet. Also i am paying for pickup service since they are giving trouble to there customers and i am a life time member and they doing this type of misbehaving with there clients.

worst service jerking issue

This is thomas dsilva from mumbai (Virar west) i have recently did service from aditya honda virar west the worst service ever till date i have been faceing lot of issues in my bike from the day of service. My bike was working perfectly before service then too they have used some 3m product of cleaning engine (D carbon) after that the bike used to get jerking in morning time then the bike starting trouble today the bike started jerking got off in middle of the road.
Kindly do fix my problem as soon as possible or i have to take some legal action against the service center
I have attached the bill kindly check the point no 13 need explanation from you& wat was the use of doing that carbon cleaning.
Kindly look into this and l let me know as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply and kindly arrange a pick up facility for my bike as it is in stop condition.
Looking forward for your necessary action on this issue.

2nd year insurance is not provided when given in written on paper while purchasing

I have purchased honda unicorn in apr-18. I was given 2 years insurance as per the bike estimate. But aditya honda stella vasai west branch gave me only 1 year insurance. The agent happy did lot of acting to show that his team did not prepare the insurance for two years and he is angry. He wrote in the paper and said just to inform him when renewal comes and he will do it.. Since 7th march 19 i am following up about it with him. He keeps telling he will do it but not done. I want to know who will sort this issue and when as my insurance will expire in few weeks.

activate battery mystery

I had visited honda service center to repair activa's battery on 10th feb because it's horn and self start was not working. I had been told battery can't get repaired as it was destroyed and they gave me a letter to replace battery as it is under warranty. I had visited the repair centre in vasai east on 17th feb to replace battery but i was shocked when mechanic opened the activa to change the battery as battery wasn't inside it. Then i went again to your service center in vasai west to talk about the incident. I told the whole incident to amit sapkat who is the manager there but he refused to replace the battery.

bad service experience

I am very disappointed when writing this notes. Because i faced a really very bad experience from aditya mukkam service center.
I reached the service center on 11th oct 2018 08:30 am based on slot allotted for me by prior booking on 06th oct 2018. I have no more problems in my vehicle. Only need to change the oil and make the water service.
After checking, the lady staff told me that the service will complete before 5:30 pm on the day itself.
But i am not able to reach on time. So i reached on service center on next day (12th oct 2018) by 09: am. But they didn't complete the washing of the vehicle. As per my request, they started to wash by 10:00 am. And completed by 10:30 am. Finally, i lost my working day because of irresponsibility from your mukkam branch.
The working manager mr. Sathyajith didn't ready to hear my concern.
I know the adithya honda is very concern about their clients and have a very responsible team so waiting for your response and please let me know what action take against this bad experience.

complaint against service advisor

I serviced my Activa some days before from Aditya Honda Calicut service centre and they just took me into trouble. It was a routine general service and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when I gave it for service. After service indicator of the vehicle is not working sometimes and it gives a long beep sound. And also the brakes were not adjusted during the service period. When I again took vehicle into service centre and discussed the matter with the service assistant, he Don’t even want to hear the complaint and he was behaving in an appropriate manner with the customer and he was just refusing my complaint with some other reasons. Service advisor guy name is Ijas and I want the authority to take some action against him as he can make loose your customer trust. Now onwards I would never recommend Aditya Honda service centre to anyone.

It had been a poor from the part of dealer for the first service of my new scooter activa 125 in ur service centre in mukkam. Even though i was honda customer for 9 years. For the service i had given the vehicle without any scratch or broken things. But on return of service i got my backlight of scooter is broked. When i complaint about issue. They didnt consider and told me to file case. It is not the matter of money and replacement. There should be self respect among customer and dealer part. Hope to advice the dealer even how to behave with customer for complaints. Such attitude would be clust for your company. I hope u will consider my complaint

Very poor level water service and customer hospitality. And also poor punctality of job. after informing completed the work make a situation to wait customer for more times to deliver the vehicles.

No test drive given since last 1 year and no courtesy showing by your employees while handling guest they are handling the guest like they need no more customers who repeatedly ask the questions or visit many times in showroom this complaint is regarding staffs who you had hired in Vasai Aditya Honda showroom near bhabola..I will visit your outlet again but I will really purchase bike from another Outlet but not from you guys.

Had given my vehicle fr servicing, vehicle came in bad condition, when told its not in a good condition the people there were arguing and abused me a lady customer, not ready to listen. When asked what is this consumer charge he argued with me and said no it has to be there no proper answer given ..and when I said the bike alligmnet is nt proper he ignored and said it is this way only even after comparing with the other bike. And at the lady he said.. Oh this bike is from Maria motors its not from Aditya Honda.. That pinched me and o got into an argument with the guy where he abused me. Please take a necessary action ASAP. Thank u.

I have booked activa scooter at aditya honda showroom at Boisar,Thane on 17.02.2011. Showroom has given me waiting no 6762 with waiting period 8-9 months. On inquiry on 22.10.2011 it has been informed that first you pay full cost amount of scooter in advance and get delivery after one month. Pl let me know without delivery of vehicle i have to pay full amount. whether it is correct? They can ask some amount in advance to get sure customer is really interested in purchasing vehicle.pl. reply soon.

aditya honda — Non professional approach
Dear Sir,It is an beautiful experience from Aditya Honda, Vasai Road - West, They are nor a professional. They are only interested in Cash. After that they don't have any follow up for Registration of the vehicle.
On 18/04/2012 I took delivery of Activa DLX, Colour - Gray and paid Cash of Rs. 54,588.00.
Till 26/04/2012 there is no call from their end for registration. Also they are not issuing any Invoice for the Vehicle. Or Copy of Invoice.
On 26/04/2012 when I visit their show room, where the atmosphere is very very unhealthy. No Air ventilation on show room. Exhaust fan is switch off.
When I ask for registration they send me at RTO Counter. When I visit the said counter NO PERSON found there. After some time one representative come and when I asked for the Registration of the said vehicle at RTO Counter.
They told me they don't have my contact no to call. Again they told me they call me for registration.
Its my personal opinion. Not to go to Aditya Honda. If you want to buy any vehicle not because of Vehicle. Because of Their Non Professional approach.

I went to Manager Mr. Gupta and tell the story.
How they called me when they don't have my contact no and even they are not asking me the same. How smart they are.
Then Mr. Gupta taken my Contact No. and promise me the things are taken care.
After 15 Minutes they called me thrice for the Registration. They ae disturbing me and harassing me for the same.
Is there is reason to call me. When the things are confirmed at their office.
Its a height of professional working. They all are stupid.
While booking and while giving quotation (25/04/2011) they already taken the contact no.
After I had talk with Mr. Gupta (Manager) for the same.
