I purchased the above product online on august 20, 2020. It was a product named bathmate x30 but they sent me an outdated and cheap product which i had never ordered. I tried to contact them many times and sent them the pics of product i ordered and the product i got. They replied with an email "sorry the product was wrongly updated in our website and we have corrected it now. Sorry for the inconvenience we can give you a coupon worth 3000 to shop other product from our website" i asked them to return the product and refund my money but they are not replying now.
I am trying to contact them from 6-7 days but they are not responding.
