I had already paid sep'2019 and oct'2019 emi payment on 15th oct 2019, please check the attached payment details but still it is not updated in your system due to which you guys are generating ecs on bank account because of your irresponsible work they are charging me bounce charges inr. 413/-. So, i request you to kindly update my payment.

By you aeon customer service 100 calls to make payments i turn paying via paytm as per the agents information and as usual paid on 1st feb /2609 rs via paytm and in 2nd feb automatically after 8 months they had the urge to automatically cut payment of same amount? I need a refund of my payment. Please it's a request i don't know what kind of ceo and the aeon managers takes this soo lightly....
