17 Aug 2022, I ordered a juicer from facebook ad by facebook page of Larissa Simas-Productos Digitais, after seeing this ad I ordered the product for 1200rs., On 21 August 2022 I received the product and paid rs. 1200 by cash to the delivery agent. SHADOWFX delivered me the item AWB no.:- SF[protected]AEP.
Order was sent by AEPL. I received different product which market price should be around 350rs. In the ad it was shown that the juicer was motorized but it was manual. Kindly solve my problem by helping me return the item and get my refund

I hv ordered 3+3 glass containers for 1099. But received 6 plastic ziplock covers . The address on the package is not at all visible. Couldn't return . Paid 1099 thru gpay to the delivery boy COD. Y you people are cheating like ds and do the bsns. You are answerable to God.

I had ordered a suit set with dupatta RS-799/- but I only received one kurta which is very different from the suit set i had ordered.

I had ordered 2 bedcovers and pillows for 999 but I received one bedsheet and pillow that too substandard.
I want refund.

I had purchased a pair of shoes from facebook video link which was delivered by Shadowfax, delivery boy Kapil mobile no. [protected]
vide AWB no. SF[protected]AEP on 28th July 2022.

The shoe was not the same like shown on the video, Now I don't have any information about the company. The only detail was given by Shadowfax delivery company is AEPL, email [protected]@glowroad.com and phone no.s is[protected].

It seems a fraud company who have cheating to the customer for so long.
Please help me to get my refund.

I ordered one product of Copper softy saree worth Rs.619 but received a different normal saree of different type from Shadow fax courier.No contact information on top of the courier.Please help me to refund back my amount.

I ordered 6+6 organiser bags but instead I got only 6 saree bags that too of poor quality and it costed me Rs. 999.
What is this kind of a loot from the customers. Kindly get me my correct product or give back my full refund. Also the courier company won’t help me in this case so you only have to solve this issue of mine.
