I have purchased many machines of aerofit but received improper machines I have compliant for this to the dealer but he is not taking any actions

I have brought a treadmill from aerofit
Since I brought the machine I have been serving every month because some or the other problems arise
Now is the situation I am out of the warranty and they started charging me the money
And even after I paid them I have the same problem which is not fixed
I don't understand what's going on and who is the correct person who can fix this
Either they fix it or replace the machine.

I bought an Aerofit AF780 treadmill in 2015 from SIGMA Healthcare, Aluva, Ernakulam
- It ran well for 4 years before it came up with issues. While switching it on, it used to throw an error code and we were unable to operate it once the error code is shown on the screen. On 28th August 2019, the service was done by the authorized service center(SIGMA Healthcare, Aluva, Ernakulam) for an amount of Rs 1200 and the issue was resolved.br...

I have purchased it 2 year back. After 1 year complaints started initially with inclination motor. Contacted service personal told could not repair. Since last 8 months main motor also got complaint. Repeated visits by service personal. Took board and send it to coaching then to some other place
Took 5 months no response. Last week service personal came and put the repaired board and told it is not working.
I don't know what to do.
Rs 85, 000 waste of money.
Poor service from your side.
Tou don't have even a shop or service at thiruvanathapuram kerala.
K8ndly take immediate measures to replace it, since it is unrepairable

I have lodged a complaint against non working of my tread mill for which aerofit has taken the motor and pcb board and brought them back saying they have rectified the problem and charged me rs 1400/-... But to my surprise my tread mill is not working properly for which i complained again asking to rectify... They are now telling another story that the belt needs to be changed for which i would be charged again... This is the tricky game of aerofit to make money... Aerofit people are playing with the customers which is highly unacceptable... This needs immediate attention and to be sorted out

I am siva krishna, i brought cross trainer from m/s royal sports a dealer of aerofit when i received my machine, there was a problem in bearing part. I complained to the aerofit service center, they replaced bearing part but the problem still continues. When i made a phone call to the dealer he is not responding later i found i received a second-hand machine. And the date of the warranty card didn't complete. Plz, do take action.

I have taken treadmill from Indore Showroom on 26 Jan...This treadmill is defected due to incline meter not working . I have raised the complain but none is responding. I had purchased an thread mill from the shop at vadapalani Rahat plaza 10 years ego. Now I need to replace the belt of the machine, for which I have almost tried several times with various service center at Chennai for which I had a lukewarm response. I have been doing this for the last 3 months.Finally One service man had come and measured the belt for replacement a month back, till then there is no response at all. However I have not lost hope as I have no other option since the machine other than this belt worn out issue it is perfect and keep on trying to get it replaced. Once again, if anyone can help me in sorting this issue, i would be grate full and also company like Aerofit has to workout an strategy on war footing to make customer satisfaction more realistic.
