I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent credit card bill payment made on 19th October via your website. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Refund
Myself is Sandeep narwal. I booked a ticket from aeronfly on 24 June . Due to some personal reasons i want to cancelled that ticket than I call to Indigo customer care centre and cancel that ticket on June 25 . They told me with in one week payment refund in to your account my PNR is PHUK4L . I humble request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible...

I was booking my flight ticket through Aeronfly website the amount of 2814 rs that was the amount of flight got deducted but the ticket didn't got booked so I looked up for the customer care and as I contacted them they asked me to follow some steps and after that amount of 2814 rs got deducted from my account through phonepe app...
