Agarwal Packers Bade Bhaiya Drs Group Complaints & Reviews

At the time of shifting from Pune to Lucknow, I was told by Mr. Vipin Sahu ([protected]) that my car and household items will reach Lucknow within a week. After 4 days from the consignment sent date, the DRS group helpline staff is unable to give me the exact status of my consignment. One staff member (Sushil) even said that my consignment is still in Pune, and will leave Pune after 2 days. Vipin Sahu has stopped picking my calls after I completed the payment.

This is a band of highly unprofessional and indisciplined staff that the DRS group has recruited. Very unprofessional and untrustable company.

I need an update on my consignment, and the same should be delivered as per the time committed, or I will take more severe action.

We had booked our Car o be shifted from Hyderabad to Faridabad on 6th July 2021 (through Agarwal packers DRS group Bade bhaiya) & paid advance amount. Now even after 15 days nobody is informing about the current status of Car. We had called all contact numbers but they are pointing to each other. It is so pathetic service that nobody is taking reponsibility.
