I have relocated from Delhi to Chennai in month on may. I house hold items were delivered nearly on 08/06/2019

GC Number: 4598867 ( Car ) : Received car is very bad and dirty condition. Front wheel mudguard damaged. When it arrive to chennai DRS goddam, delivery boy informed me that there is no fuel in car. I was surprise to hear that, when ground staff picked my car from house (Delhi), that time there was around 20 liters of fuel. More over it seems my car is delivers to me by third party not from DRS packers and Movers after nearly 20 days from picked up date (26/05/2018). I have whats app chat proofs for all petrol related data along with images.

House hold items delivered to me in very pathetic conditions. Following items are damages -

1. Sofa set ( 2 Sofa Chair and one big sofa): One sofa chair's hand rest is completely broken, the entire polish of the sofa is deteriorated.
2. Sofa table: The foot rest of the sofa table is completely broken.
3. Big Photo frame: Frame is broken
4. Almirah: Big dent on front door's corner and at the bottom.
5. One folding bed's ply completely broken.
6. Other items like expensive china cup, glass jar are damage badly.

After many call and follow-up, DRS conducted the survey for damage items. Survey is completed by Mr Krishna Reddy ( Mobile number: [protected]).

He promised to me that soon Carpenter will visit and repair the items. Based on that he will processed with claim statement. Now it is more than month time, I am following him on daily basis to get this done.

Kindly refer the aforesaid mail sent by your chennai claim department which explains that they will visit my house on 06/07/2019, but again on constant follow up, Mr. Krishna Reddy told that they will positively come on 07/07/2019, but no one came on 06/07/2019 or on 07/07/2019. Mr. krishna reddy has even stopped picking up my calls.
Because of you false commitment i am unable to do my task like taking gas connection, as we wait all the day at our premises expecting someone from your side will come for repairing.

This has completely been a harassing journey with DRS Agarwal packers and movers.

Dear sir,
I am kiran booked the consignment of household items shifting on dec 1st, 2018 from mumbai to visakhapatnam. My g. C. Number is 430335. They had to deliver my items on the date of dec 10th, 2018. I took insurance for my goods also. But they did not deliver my items on the date given by them. I did a call to the customer care of mumbai and asked, they replied your goods will be delivered within three days. After three days, my goods are delivered safely to my destination. I am thankful to the agarwal company.

The above said agarwal drs group - is such a fraud/unprofessional company. The representative visited me urged for advance in cash.. We have paid, but i want to postpone.. Hence requested for advance refund..in their invoice there is no clause about advance will not get refund.. But they are refusing, also telling whatever/wherever you want to complain go and do.. We will see like that..

This is one of the Fake Package and Mover guys be aware of this kind of cheaters. DRS is cheating customer and CEO Mr. Sanjaya Agarwal please stop making false award winning promotion where you can't even do the Job properly how come you are claiming to be no.1 international package and mover.

I have shifted my bike, they extremely delayed and while you call customer care for help they will argue with you but never give you the right information. They delivered my bike in broken condition and told Mr. Ravi, who is another unprofessional employee at Hyd is supposed to resolve the issue but he is one of the worst person to seek help. I even tried to reach Mr. Readdi Saheb his supervisor and all are in same group. They are opening saying they won't give claim amount.

Never ever book this package and mover if you need good service look for other vendors.

I asked for my goods to be moved from Gandhinagar to Pune and it has been 15 days and I still haven't got the goods delivered. I don't know now where to take follow up now.

I made a mistake connecting your company to get the goods delievered and I have learnt my lesson. Please be assured that me, my family, friends, relatives no one will ever get in touch of your company.I promise I'll make sure of that. Just return my goods for god sake.

I didn't want to write this but your services have been so pathetic i had to write it. I wanted my goods to be shifted from gandhinagar to pune and for that i had a call with pankaj shukla in your ahmedabad branch.

You claim to provide a hassle free shifting but since the day from pickup it has been a series if follow ups and calls. Despite being told that i want the pickup to be done between 2-5 in day they were waiting till 4:45 for my follow up to send people to pickup the things who mind you were so intelligent that they don't even know how to locate an address. They called me like 6 times and even when i shared the google link they don't know how to use it.

I was told that delivery would be done within 3-4 days. The picked up the luggage on 23rd aug 2018. Till 28th aug i didn't hear any thing from your team. Finally when i followed then they told that it has reached pune and will be delivered shortly. My point is why you guys wait for me to ask. Can't you just give me updates by your own. Anyways on 30 aug i get a call from some gatti packers and movers to confirm my address. When said they told me that their branch don't deliver to my address and they will ask their other branch office to deliver. Next day when i ask they tell me it will be delivered on 1st sept. Today when i ask they ask me to give the tracking number which i don't have because obviously if agarwal packers and movers have asked them to deliver something how would i know it. Neverthless they gave me some other number to call and check. After around 5 calls to different numbers i came to know that my goods have not yet reached to the destination branch. And even if it reaches today it won't be delivered before monday. And meanwhile your spoc this pankaj shukla has no clue about anything. He again told me it will be delivered by evening. It is 7:30 in evening when i am writing you guys this because i don't know where my luggage is and your spoc is "quite busy" and cannot answer my calls.

Now you guys tell me how the hell is this hassle free. It seems travelling back to gandhinagar and getting the luggage on my own would have been easy and less time and energy consuming.

Can you please help or let me know where the consumer complaints are being addressed. I presume you already know that everytime you give such service to a customer you loose more 3. Because in my case i recommended you to 2 of my other colleagues. I am going to say them no now.
