The same goes for me, I had placed an order a month ago and there is no response or any information regarding my product. Paid 3k and now I think I’ve lost all of it. I’d like to lodge a complaint and for that I might need everyone’s help who went through the same mishap.

I ordered a dress from this site https://aillerstore.com on 5th dec 2022. Paid 2k, order number J072276. I've tried emailing calling and trying to call and message on Instagram but no response from them . They are scamming people online by portraying that they are an online store....

I have made the payment for a product but haven’t received it and plus have not gotten any update or reply from them till date

It’s been a month I have ordered that heel Price 3680 after seeing the reviews I have ordered I tried to reach those costumer who gave review but they were not replying and ailler store also not responding messages and emails I don’t want the product I want them to refund my money back. Please help me out.it’s a lot for me 3680 I have collected to buy that heels.

I ordered a bag on 13th of april from this store.the money was paid online on the day of order placement. It's been almost 2 months now and i haven't received any information or update from their site. I want refund for my order ASAP.

So I purchased 2dresses from https://aillerstore.com/ its been a month since I have received any update from the aille r store regarding my dresses. The helpline no. doesn’t work they never replied to any of my emails.
I need a refund I don’t need that order anymore because I don't think I will receive it as this site seems to be a fraud I need my money back.

I ordered a dress online on the 28th of April, expecting it to reach just a week after but it’s been almost a month and still no updates. I have tried calling the given number and emailed too but no response. I believe I have been duped and I wish to help people be more aware of this “brand” and it’s fraudulent ways so they can stay away from making mistakes such as I had.

Order #1865 satin dress. I had placed order and made payment on 30 april. Then after enquiry I got mail on 13 april regarding delay. After that after multiple enquiry I am not getting any replies from their customer service. Their site their mails, their instagram. I want refund of 1900 rs

I ordered the product at aIllerstore on 8th April 22, but til now no update from their end . I tried to reach them through mail & even Instagram but no use .

I ordered a purple baguette bag on April 13 from this store...i paid the money online.. It has been over 15-16 days since I placed the order there is no information on the whereabouts of my order. I have already sent 4-5 mails on their mail id but there is no response. As I can there are many complaints here on this page regarding the same.. This store should either respond to the complaint of customers and given them refund or this store should be officially be declared as fraud and shut down as it's of no use.
Very much disappointed.

Hi, this is riniam, I ordered a shoe from ailler store on 8th March and haven’t received any update or any news from their end . Have been mailing them and messaging them on Instagram but they aren’t responding. I even commented on their latest post but instead they kept deleting my comment.

I ordered a dress (order number 1814) and never received any. There has been no response either.

It never came. It was a birthday dress so i spent good amount of money on it.
The page stopped responding on instagram..no response to emails as well.
There is no way to get in touch with them.
Dont buy anything from them.

Order ID 1781. I ordered a dress around 10-15 days ago from Ailler store. I have no way of tracking the order. I don't know when it is going to get delivered. I wrote several emails to customer care. Still haven't received one single response. Either you give me a proper Tracking ID and provide enough details as to when it will be delivered or just give me the refund please.

I have placed an order #1770 through the site on 2nd Feb, 2022. They had only online payment option . After payment was done, they just disappeared. I tried contacting them over mail and customer support chat but there was no reply. The status of the order has not changed till today. Its a scam and please help me getting my refund.

I ordered a dress from them on 10th October which was delivered to me on 1st December'21 after like literally hundreds of messages and calls. The worst of all the product is defective and they are not responding or updating me about their return/exchange/refund policy. Plus the material mentioned on the site was satin but it isn't satin. I've also mailed them regarding the same.

I ordered a pair of heels of ₹2039 on 9th october 2021 order no. Is 1535 but I haven’t received it. I haven’t received any update on my order and the afterShip app is still just showing order confirm. I have sent several mails to the to your give support mail according to which my order was to reach Jaipur warehouse 3 weeks back. I haven’t received any updates since then. I have sent several mails now but there is no response which highly unethical.
I would like to the status of my order and be contacted about it as soon as possible.

I placed an order (Order #1570) for a dress named 'Floral tube top halter slim suspender skirt dress' from your online store on 20th October, 2021. I have paid the amount of Rs1840/- in advance for the same.

It has been almost a month (21 business days) and my order is still not ready to be shipped. The website only says the order is confirmed and I will be notified when it is ready to be shipped.

I demand an update on the status of the product and a definite date by which I will receive it.

The order for a pair of sandals was placed on Oct 23 and an amount of Rs. 2969/- paid for it. A reminder mail was sent on Nov 16. There has been no response to the mail. The chat feature on their website also does not work. And no contact number has been given by them as well.

I ordered a baguette bag from “Aille R Store” on 26 May, 2021. It’s been more than 2 months already and I haven’t received it yet. Their Instagram account holder told me that I will receive the order within 12-25 days but I didn’t. I complained them about my issue on their website and their customer support emailed me on 23 June and said the order will reach by the next week. It should have been reached by now as they guys told me. I’m sending my queries again and again but I haven’t heard back from them. And I still haven’t received it yet. My order number is 1163. I even paid an amount of ₹1062. Could you please help me get my refund back or my order ASAP?
