I have booked ticked from guwahati to new delhi for date 18 june -2020, pnr number i6f79k. The flight no. I5-798 is canceled by airlines and i want to refund my full freight.
There is no option for refund on site of airasia also it is imposible to talk on phone of airasia....

Dear sir, This is Heisnam Kabitarani book a flight for Delhi to Imphal on 13 Dec 2015& PNR no- is TIBBNA. Due to some domestic problem i used to cancelled my flight on 7th Dec 2015 through Air Asia customer care call centre. Around five time I contact to your customer care, their reply is they are on the process to refund the amount will be credited within 2 working days. Till yet amount is not refund to my account.
